Do your readers write Alternate endings in the comments

I write a lot of loving wife stories. I admit I like the category and even enjoy the BTB crowd that gets so irate. What I find the funniest is people who try to write alternate endings to my stories. Sometimes at least 5 paragraphs. I mean, they take a lot of effort.

Does this happen to others or just me.
I've never had any reader write an alternate ending to one of my stories. However I have had them demand I write an alternate one. And a few have gotten very irate about the ending I had.

As usual, I forgot what I posted and who I was responding to. This thread is pretty tangled (it's got posts from last March), just like the play by Sophocles.

P.S.: I see the thread started again after being dormant for months.

I've not had this, indeed, I've had very little feedback and few direct messages from readers.
One or two readers have suggested/requested sequels, follow-ups, story ideas some of which I may well follow-up on.
