(Looking for a literate, male, dominant doctor. Please PM before jumping on so that we can talk about a few things. Thank you.)
[NOTE: By literate, I mean that you are able to formulate more then two or three sentences a post and that you consistently use the same tense. Please and thank you?]
Callie Hightower had already rebooked this appointment three or four times. There weren't enough hours in the day to simply stop what she was doing and go for a full medical. The only time she went to the doctor was when she needed some kind of medication or didn't know what was wrong. Any other time, she would deal with things on her own. It wasn't like she was unhealthy, in fact many said that she was in very good shape. Being in college, the young woman liked to work out in the gym and swim in the pool before and after her classes. It was fun and kept her thin frame looking good.
Sitting down in the waiting room, Callie crossed one leg over the other. She had decided upon a pair of shorts and a t-shirt for the clinic, not expecting it to take very long. It was hot outside and there was no real reason to dress up for this kind of thing. Who was she trying to impress anymore? Her boyfriend had dumped her recently and she didn't find the need to look for another man so soon. Running a hand through her dark brown hair, Callie picked up one of the magazines on the table, her blue eyes gazing aimlessly at the pages as she waited for the doctor. Hopefully Dr. Helen was still here. The woman had gone quickly and quietly about her work and she had been Callie's doctor for almost 10 years now.
The twenty-one year old sighed and closed her eyes, leaning it back against the wall as she waited. It was hot in the room and she felt like she was melting. "How much longer will it be nurse? " she asked when someone walked by.
The woman shrugged, "Depends on how busy it is. We will call you when we're ready for you miss. "
