Sorry Misty, there goes that new Christmas Tree decoration you had your heart set on!

They cut open the scrotum (sorry guys) and remove the testicles, tying off whatever it is doctors have to tie off. They leave the scrotum open to drain and heal.

He'll be a little bloody after the procedure, but after a few hours, once the anesthesia wears off and he has a chance to groom (more ball licking), you won't notice a thing.
