Dolly impressed me by her character....First off, Jolene was a true story, correct? I love that she was transparent and wrote about it.. Also, her honesty about plastic surgery years ago... Then when filming Steel Magnolias, Julia Roberts told a story about complaining about how hot it was. She said, Dolly said, I'm blessed to be able to do this, even if it was in an oven. I'm paraphrasing, but something to that nature... She seem like a true compassionate spirit... May she REST EASY!

Bank teller, yes... But, Dolly said a redhead that she gave a beating, was that not true? No matter, it's one of my favorites... I don’t listen a lot of country, but the stories are always amazing... And, I never met her, but what a fabulous storytelling and song writing... ... Rest EASY, Dolly!
