Donald Trump and Puerto Rico

Calling a person names because of who he voted for is childish period
But it's also common and to be expected. One may be justified in thinking another depraved because of their choices. Hillary suffered from quarter-century swiftboating campaign to shit on her reputation. Tromp has himself publicly admitted sexual assaults and abuse, bribery of politicians, thousands of cases of financial wrongdoing, and his inability to run an honest business. One may suspect the thought processes of Tromp voters.

I see so much hate for our president and his family it's disgusting
That's because many see the Tromp organization and family doing lotsa disgusting things. An arrogant lying cheating thieving racist sexist bastard and his enablers don't rate much respect and can expect much disgruntlement.

Basic problem: Tromp ran for an office (he didn't expect to win) that is the most scrutinized and criticized in the world, period. His life was spent trying to gain approval from others. As president, could he REALLY expect much in the way of love and adulation? Delusional...

Puerto Rico has been covered in every news cast I've seen on TV since before Maria hit it, so I wonder what those saying the media has ignored it have been watching on TV.

Did you look at the analysis, Pilot? ;)

As I posted, I was busy looking at the actual news casts. And, in case you didn't read my post, every news cast I've seen since before Maria hit Puerto Rico has had a segment on Puerto Rico and the effect of Maria.

I don't live variously as you seem to with all your third-hand postings.

Yes, I think less of people who think incest is acceptable and so is cheating. The fact that they don't vote and bitch about the state of affairs they don't involve themselves in is just amusing.

I looked at the charts -- as best I could with my still-bad eyes. Harvey and Irma were in the news cycle about twice as long as Maria in those charts, maybe because they lingered longer, so it's not surprising they had more spoken paragraphs in coverage from the selected outlets.

Again, all news sources had more available feeds from Texas and Florida than from VI and PR -- many more cameras on the ground, much better commo. Does anyone have a chart showing relative density of reporters on the scenes? Are VI in worse shape than PR? What's the story on US citizens whose island was stripped raw?

Have you done anything for the relief efforts other than complain about other people's efforts?

HotAir.Com: Puerto Rico Getting Surge of Aid, Governor Says -- but it should have started a week earlier.

Reuters: In Puerto Rico, acute shortages plunge the masses into survival struggle -- aid isn't reaching desperate communities.

Daily Beast: Puerto Rican Troops Are Still Waiting for Orders While Residents Cry for Help -- left in the lurch.

The Hill: Thousands with kidney disease at risk in Puerto Rico -- without power for 3-times-weekly dialysis, they'll die.

Miami Herald: Puerto Rico could become a public health catastrophe -- but be sure to blame the victims.

I don't even remember W vilifying Katrina victims like this trash has done with Puerto Ricans. Sad!

But his supporters are hateful demons, the more disgusting he becomes, the more they love him. They are sick in the head.

I think that's just because Trump wasn't president then. I'm pretty sure most of the Katrina victims were black. Trump would find it easy to golf through that one too.

FEMA head gets shredded for calling Maria response ‘most logistically challenging event’ in US history

On Sunday, Brock Long — chief administrator for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) — excused the Trump administration’s lead-footed response to Hurricane Maria by calling it “the most logistically challenging event in U.S. history.”

However, reports from Puerto Rican officials and even from Army Lt. Gen. Jeff Buchanan — the administration’s highest appointed official on the ground — have called the federal response haphazard and bureaucratically snarled.

Sick of excuses and blame-shifting from President Donald Trump and his administration, Twitter uses vented on Long and his statement.

Well he is deff not a history major.

Are we up for a little conspiracy theory or three? Good! Let's go now.

* Tromp ordered the HAARP array energized; it purposely or accidentally aimed Harvey and/or Irma and/or Maria to targets.
* Putin ordered the takeover of HAARP to change climate to demonstrate the impotent weakness of Western democracies.
* Deep State conspirators energized HAARP to create hurricane crises to humiliate the illegitimate Tromp administration.
* Deep State conspirators purposely wrecked federal disaster relief agencies for Tromper humiliation and emasculation etc.
* Pro-statehood Puerto Rico pols colluded with mainland Dums and Soros-backed agents to crash the territory's infrastructure.
* Capricious deities play idly at crashing storm systems into coastal civilizations just to fuck with people's heads. It works.
* Reptilioid Republicans manipulate Earth's climate and diet to increase their comfort and provide a food supply -- humans.

Alas, these mostly fail. All good conspiracy theories end up blaming Jews and I've only got one in a supporting role. When will the Elders of Zion emerge?
