I'm going to wait for Jude to have a chance to post, before I move things along. I was laid off today (which sucks) but on the plus side, I have more time to think about writing!! Unemployment will last for awhile, so that's good. Anyway....

You did, I think, though I had to read your post again carefully. At least you stood and thought it would be foolish not to volunteer. I assumed you did so, but it is up to you. Take your time and feel better.

Personality: He is also considered one of the finest warriors of the temple, both in mind body and spirit. He is quite friendly, but is not native, as he has seen life outside the temple.
Biography:

CHAR INFO: Kai-Rae comes from a long line of warrior monks, his great great great great grandfather being one of the fonding members.

ORDER BACKROUND: The Order of Artorius is trained in bare handed fighting, but knows as well to make use of the weapons around them if needed. They are also trained in the pleasure of the flesh, there was no vow of celibacy, sex is encouraged.

LORE: The god Artorius is a warrior/sage god that was one of Earth Goddess main consorts. When the stars were young, a young Artorius foolishy declared that he would love and protect the Goddess and her children with his life and his followers. He then later found of her ways, and retreated in shame for his outburst. He reflected upon this during his self imposed exile. When he returned he was enlightened, and had come to terms that she was not one to be kept. He still honored his promise, and the monk order was created to protect her people.

Ok, I'm finally better. However, it's starting to look like there's an inner circle I'm not in on...

I just need to know if there's a certain level of coordination between players and if I'm in the loop.

There’s not really an inner circle. I just didn’t know what to write for my next post. It would basically be Ravin walking up to the castle while giving Alysa suspicious looks, which was getting a bit boring.

So I sent Alysa a pm asking if she wanted our characters to have a chat on the way up to ease the tension between them. It had to be done at some point if we were going to bring the group together and this seemed as a good opportunity and doing it over pm seemed like the only way to make it without making the rest of you wait.
I can understand your predicament not knowing what to write for your next post. I didn’t mean to exclude you. I think as we start facing monsters and whatnot all our characters will have an easier time to connect to each other.

So now you know and hopefully you feel back in the loop. There are no other secret plans in the working outside of the game that I know of.

Confused here...are we waiting for the supplies and the return of the Captain or as lost posted we are at the catacombs? I don't like this co Dming so let's get on the right page. If we wait for the supplies than that means thereis more going on than just a goblin thing. If we are not getting supplied than its just what the king said and it's just a one day thing. Also why are we so much in a hurry to get to the hack and slash when good character interaction is going on? We already lost a player for the rush! Let's do the roleplay and forget about the hack and slash till the character interaction is not occurring..

The Captain could always bring the supplies as an insurance. He may not know the full scope of the problem, but have his suspicions that it might be a bigger in scope than what most suspects. It doesn't have to be that way though.

I just added to supply part so I could send the captain away, so Ravin could scream at Alysa. I didn't think he would do it in front of the Captain, but I didn't want to wait till they were inside the dungeon either.

I didn't mean to co-DM, but I thought it was implied that it was worse than the king let on.
