I've bent the rules a few times to open up some character roles before, I.e. for one RP I had Seripa survive the attack by Dodoria & Co. and she ended up on Earth at some point.

But if you're comfortable playing someone else then go ahead =)

Bio: Like his twin sister, #17 was once a normal human. How ever, they were changed into Androids(Or cyborgs...) by the insidious Dr. Gero. His agenda is unknown, but his adventure seeking attitude ensure he is ready for anything.

Power: Like 18, is fitted with a device that gives her a continuous and virtually infinite energy supply. Not only does this mean he can go toe-to-toe with your average super saiyan, but it also means he can fight for far longer without becoming exhausted than your average Z-Fighter.

So...? And really, who cares? There's at least two different ways to spell almost everything in DBZ...Vegetto/Vegito, Frieza/Freeza...Coola/Cooler....

yes, but that's mainly because there's not certain letters in japanese...for instance, in his name, l or r are interchangable....we hear Krillen, but it's read as Kurirun or Kulilun
