Dreamers in the Night- Werewolf thread

Shadow Walker

I smile warmly down at Echo as she says that she chose me along time ago. I pole her close hugging her tightly. I look in to her eyes for a long time I then lean down kissing her deeply letting my tong explore her mouth. I run my hands up and down her back poling hr closer to me. I finely brake the kiss panting for breth as I say you are so butifol. I could never quite bring my self to say or do any thing thinking you would reject me. I run my fingers throw her hear as I look deep in to her eyes. I say I will do my best to take car of you and the pack. I will need your help for I’m not one how gives order easily but I now I can do it with you by my side.

Echo

"I will be here. I have learned leadership by watching my father. You will not fail me or this pack, but we must go check on the pack. I do have some business to attend to the night of the full moon, but that will be quick."

I was surprised to find myself ready for the full moon. I would become a bride and bitch of the pack, but I was to kill my enemy that night as well. I couldn't wait.

Standing up, "Shall we, my mate?"

Shadow Walker

I smile standing up next to Echo putting my arm around her shoulder. I walk in to the house with her at my side. I look around noticing Echo’s mother on the couch for the first time. I look at her sorrow in my eyes knowing that she would not last the night throw. I walk over to her with Echo. I kneel down next to her saying don’t weary I will take good care of your doter for you. I lean down gently kissing her cheek. I straiten up looking around for the rest of the small pack.

Eric

Having put his tools away for the day Eric headed for his shower, a huge barrel set on stilts that caught rain water. It had been a hot day after a good rain last night so he knew he would enjoy this.

He took his clothes off and stepping below the barrel pulled the rope that opened a drain in the bottom.

Warm water cascaded down and he grabbed a bar of lye soap and began to scrub himself. When he came to his cock he turned it over in his hand and pulled the skin back making sure it was clean. Along the base toward his body a knob had formed Eric wasn't surprised as he kew what day it was and that this was the first sign of his transformation. This hard knob would begin to appear and his cock would begin to grow and change ...change from a human cock with a bulbous tip to a wolves cock, long and pointed with a circle of muscle an inch or so away from his body.
He was ready for his transformation but as always a little aprehensive. He looked at his body and wondered again about the change soon to be taking place. He was a big man musclar and strong from working in the woods Unkempt, shoulder length coarse hair. A swarthy complexion. He shunned humans prefering to be in the woods where he felt safe.

Tonight of course he would turn into a wolf and cast aside not only his human cock but other features as well he formed a picture in his mind.
As a wolf he was sleek, with silky fine hair He was young perhaps three or four. His frame was small. What he lacked in size he made up in agility and prowess. he was a fast thinker and could usually get himself out of difficult situations. He could run like the wind and hs stamina was unmatchable.

Finishing his shower Eric stepped out and feeling the hot sun of the late afternoon poured a cup of lukewarm chickoree. He sat down on a log, threw a pail of water on the fire and watched the embers die.

he finished his coffee yawned and starthed off into the woods naked except for a small medallion on a silver chain around his neck.

His fingers absent mindedly fondled the medalion as he slowly made his way into the swamp.

The next couple of days and nights seemed to go by with a blur. My dad died, and the next night my mother followed in his footsteps. I went to her burning. Watched her ashes float into the night sky. She would have been proud. I stood their without a tear in my eye. I was drained.

The next day was spent sleeping. We had many things to do during the full moon. Before nightfall of the full moon I woke to shower. My hair had began tio grow getting more dark and soft. The change would come soon.

Stepping out of the shower, I shook much like I would in my wolf form. My mentality was becoming that. I looked at the little bay window and noticed the sun was almost set. No wonder my body was so close to changing.

I had barely made it back to my room when it had. My fur, feeling like needles at first started pulling out of my body. I cried, bayed more like it, trying to get the pain out. This was always the hardest part. I looked at my nails, usually trimmed and proper, but now shrinking into claws. My hands became padded, as my feet began to shrink and pad as well. I could feel my ears stretch, growing, the cartlidge stratching.

Right above my usually tight, smooth ass a tail began to form, growing and causing minor irritation. I was in clothes the first time I changed and I could always remember what my tail felt like trying to protrude through my jeans. It was torture.

The pain began to subside and I hopped up on the dresser to look in the mirror. I was a pretty hot wolf I do have to admit. My hair was beautiful.

Hopping down I realized that it was time to claim the thrown so to speak. I looked out the window and realized the pack had readied themselves outside. Only one was not there. That was Shadow. Surely he was waiting on me so he could claim his right.

I galloped downt he stairs and met him in the kitchen. I probed his mind. "Are you ready? It is your right."

He told me back in mine. "I am scared. But yes, I am ready. You are walking out there with me right?"

"Of corse. You chose me as your mate. I have a right too."

And with that we walked out the door. Our pack looked at us with pride and anticipation. Tonight was the hunt. As we walked out each head bowed in aligence to Shadow and respect for me. If one wolf raised his head, during our initiation right, then they would be banished from the pack. I held my head high and only once did Shadow's faulter. I simply put my muzzle under his and lifted. "Hold your head up proud. You are the new Leader." I snarled a grin, the best a wolf could do and licked him before finishing our walk.

At the end of the line we turned. "Thank you. We will do our best." I mentally told everyone.

Things went by in a blur of motions and emotions. I was there the night Charlette joined her mate and there as the ritual platform was burned with her atop it. I felt the emptiness inside me for a moment, but shoved it aside.
Walking home I slept until it was time. Tonight was the full moon, time for change. I felt edgy all day, eager to run and hunt. I knew the ritual coming as soon as we changed too. Shadow and Echo would take place where her father and mother had been.
I watched as the sun began to set, and slowly dropped all my clothing onto my bed.
It started with the hair coming out and my limbs shrinking into that of a wolf's body. As with Echo it hurt a little, and when it didn't hurt it itched. My breasts vanished and a tail appeared. Hardest part was when my nose stretched to make the snout. It always made me sneeze! Finally changed It took me a few minutes to get my bearings. Sitting down on my haunches I scratched my changed ears with my back paw.
Standing up i shook from head to toe to losen up my hair a bit. A content feeling came over me and I was now ready to play.
Bounding up the stairs and outside I sat waiting with the others for Shadow and Echo.
Bowing as they came out, I never bothed to challege anyone, I did not wish to lead or be led. I was just here.
I heard Echo's mental words and smiled. A howl went up and soon my voice joined in. It was hunting time. I got up, ready to spring off, poised as my muscles tensed in anticipation. the silver and brown of my coat shone brightly as the pack waited.
Moving ahead of the gathered group Shadow sat head held high gazing over each and everyone of us.
Echo sitting at his side did the same. Pride came from everyone, and we were ready.
Shadow gave a breif speach about how it was time to hunt ourselves a killer. howls and yips echoed in the air as we all agreed. Turning the entire back descended on the swamp. It was time to hunt us a killer.
I stayed in the back of the pack, always watching the rear for invasion or threat. This kind of freedom only happened once a month, I was a little upset the freedom of fun and hunting was being interrupted by a killer. But it would be done, no matter the cost. So set in the descisions of the leaders I followed behind. Carefully sniffing everything as we went.

Echo

The hunt was about to begin. I had not stayed around long enough to know the scent of the killer, but I knew others had chased him as far as they could.

Shadow took off to the last spot he had chased him. Water would not stop him this time. We ran to the river the wind flying through our hair. My paws hit the ground, making me feel light as they quickly picked back up. This was the life. If only I felt this free in human form. Too many rules for humans.

Once we got to the river Shadow sniffed at the water's edge. He caught the scent but the boat had taken up the mix. "Maybe if we cross the river we can get his scent to the other side." So we did. Yes, so we smell horrible wet, but it was my parents we were talking about.

We crossed the river and on the other side, I saw Shadow and antoher packmate sniffing trying to smell the killer. It seemed like about two days, but I know it was no more than thirty minutes before they found the scent and took off yet again.

I stayed on the other side of the bank, sniffing around. They took off west and I followed on the other shore. Sniffing here and there. They were killers, and there for crafty. I would not doubt for a second they changed directions many times before heading home. It just took a keen nose to track it. I kept sniffing the ground not really paying attention where the pack went. I knew my way home and I knew I could track them as well. I had caught an interesting scent to the south of me, and headed that direction instead. The scent was evey where! Every other tree, every other bush. It was almost as if they lived in these woods. I kept moving following the scents.

Eric

Finding a high dry spot with a small depression in the middle Eric pushed the fallen leaves to the side and lay down, his head curled and his legs drawn up in a fetal position it was fitting of course as his transformation was a rebirth. he pulled the leaves in over the top of him he needed to be hidden when the transformation took place. No one must see him, vulnerable and unprotected for he was a rare wolf, an albino! His hand went again to the medalion on his chest and as he dozed off he recalled the event that led to his posession of it and its importance.

He could'nt recall just when it had happened at which transformation it had occured but he was on the hunt joyous in his freedom to move gracefully through the woods as a wolf. Then it happened. A trap hidden in the trail caught his front foot. How could he have been so careless! He pulled to no avail. The trap was staked securely and its sharp jaws held min firmly. Composing himself he tried to think what to do. He could chew his foot off, as a human he had seen three footed animals victums of traps he had put his mouth around his leg and bit down cringing Maybe he should rest a bit before he took on this most gruesome task or maybe by just some stroke of luck he would be rescued. He had heard other wolves around. Would they be werewolves too If he howled would they hear him and come or would the trapper come to shoot him. His foot hurt and it had started to rain causing the water around him to rise. he had began to howl long cries for help. again and again until he was so exahuasted he stopped the water was up to his nose and he had struggled to keep above it then he had passed out

He awoke to see a wolf standing above him, a she wolf he could tell by her scent and because she was on the hunt she was arroused he was aroused too as he always was on the hunt and looked at her with hunger. Then he looked at his foot which she had released from the trap and his look softened her look softened too as she accepted his silent graditude and she had reached out and licked his wound.

The touch of her tongue brought back his arousal and hers too as they gazed at each other. he had struggled to get up, but, she had pushed him back down kowning he was too weak and finding his shaft protruding from its sheath she licked it to hardness. enclosing it in her mouth she began to milk the length of it. his body began to arch his hips trembled and he spilled his seed in her mouth He slid back into unconsiousness.

When he had came to she had left leaving behind this medallion on a silver chain.

It seemed so long ago and he had never seen he again.

Alex Wondered as he prepared for his transformation. would he find her again was she still alive and would she remember him.

Aryn

I kept moving through the underbrush, a different scent catching my nose here. I stopped, ears perking up and tail held high and I gazed across the little meadow of sorts. Something was here. I sniffed carefully, my ears laying back as I crouched down. A familiar scent, nagging my mind a little but what I did not know just yet. I could smell the heavy wet leaves hiding the scent from me, but not quite. I moved a little closer, carefully of traps as I picked it up. Male. Deffinately a male. A human male. But he.. I stopped I seen the body buried in the leaves. My head cocked to the side as this was a strange thing for a human to do.
My first instinct was to run away, humans were dangerous, but before I could move he started to change before my eyes. What little I could see started to grow fur, white fur.
"Another of our kind?" I was thinking to myself as I watched the transformation. The leaves still hid the body from my gaze, but something kept nagging my mind. I turned to look back the way I came, the pack wasn't too far away from me. I could still sense Echo and Shadow.
A soft whine emitted from my throat as I moved forward. It was a curious hello. I kept back, who knew if this creature was violent or not. He was alone, which was not normal to me. Werewolves were safe in numbers, not alone.

Eric

I lay beneath the leaves feeling the transformation coming over me. I was used to it and looked forward to it also and couldn't wait for it to finish. Then I heard a whine and sniffed the air trying to be as quiet as possible. The scent was somehow familliar as from long ago.It was a she wolf scent musky and quite pleasant to me but mixed with it was a human scent also.Could this she wolf be a werewolf like me and why was there this nagging feeling that somewhere in my past she and I had crossed paths.I wanted to jump up to discover the answer to all my questions but maybe she would run away and I would be left with only more questions. I heard her whine again a hello whine, and as my transformation was complete I nudged the leaves away and slowly rose up giving her my answering whine"hello".

Aryn

My blue eyes locked with his white ones, I felt a familiar tingle race down over my body. Since he was the same as her, she used her mental abilities to communicate with him."Why are you alone?" I backed up a little, ever watchful for a wrong move. I held his gaze never faltering until he moved a little. My eyes caught the glint of a silver metallic thing around his neck. I sucked in a deep breath, but remained calm.
"I know you..but from where?" I moved forward a little, my eyes no longer on his but on the silver at his neck. My head down I moved to the side of him, his white fut covered it, but I could still see the swinging medallion. It was mine, I recognized it. My eyes jumped up to meet his once more, did he know who I was? I roamed down his white coat, he hadn't changed much in the long time since I found him trapped. I felt no shame in what I did that night, nor would I ever.
I moved closer still, this time within a foot of him. He was larger than I was, but it was to be expected. I had to glance up to keep eye contact.

Eric

yes she was a werewolf as I heard her unsposken request and returning mine I have no tribe I became a werewolf by being bitten by one years ago. Since then I've traveled alone both human and as a wolf I have no human family either I am just a poor woodcutter when I am human.

Tell me about yourself and how you've come to find me.

I see her looking as my medallion and my mind struggles to recall the she wolf that saved me so long ago I can't form a picture of her in my mind I only remember what she did for me on that night gratefully and most pleasantly.

I ask again about her tribe for I am most anxious to get to know my kind.

Aryn

I sighed, I was supposed to be hunting a killer, and yet here I sat talking to him. But I just could not help myself. There was something about him that caught my attention years ago. And still I felt that nerve tingling once again.
I looked him right in the eye, "We have a small pack living near here. A new leader just came into his leadership and right now we are tracking our old leader's killer. They are near by, if you listen you will hear them moving closer to that killer." I glanced behind me then back at him.
"Your name? I am Aryn. I never did get your name when last we met. But I see you kept the medallion all this time.." I left it at that, I felt a little flushed at admitting it was I who saved him, and then gave him the release his body craved. I had left as soon as he passed out, racing home to my pack. I never told a single soul I seen him. But I knew back then he was one of us.
"I was born this way.. But an orphan.. They took me in and gave me a home." The hairs on the back of my neck shifted a little, that call was driving me insane. I wanted so many things and all at once. There was no feeling like it in the world. I felt antsy, but in no hurry to move from this spot as I gazed at him.

Eric

It was she then. The one who rescued me but try as I might I couldn't place her in my memory.

I could see her agitation, wanting to stay but needing to go."Aryn, I said her name rolling it over in my mind. You are on a hunt a very important one. When you loose someone close to you things have to done to make it right I understand but".....I didn't want to impose, to get involved in someone elses business but...Some how I knew if I didn't say it now I never would.... Can I go with...."

Aryn

I moved in closer, sniffing him as I moved along his body. He was nervous edgy. "Yes, Come with me. You should not be alone, in numbers we are safe." my eyes devoured his face, as a wolf he was appealing, I wondered briefly what he looked like in human form? I gave him a gentle rub along his body in welcoming and took off back towards the west.. "Come.. Let's run Eric.. Feel the freedom it brings..." I took off, racing through the trees. I wondered if I should bring him to Shadow? Knowing it was best I headed that way.. I stopped and waited for him before entering the clearing where they were.
"Now in a pack you must! give respect to the leader." I pointed ot Shadow in the group, "He's the dark large one. Do not challenge him. I dont know if you know the meaning of the word, but when we approach keep your head down and your eyes down. It is what we do as a pack, being alone you would not know this. But to be direct without permission, meeting his eyes will state you wish to challenge him and his position in this group." I turned to look at him, "do not worry, I will protect you Eric..." I moved into the clearing where the pack had stopped to rest.

Echo

I see Aryn coming with a strange white wolf. I take a defensful stanse and growl. "Who are you?" I was protecting the pack, but was also wondering if he was with Aryn.

My body was ridgid. "What is your purpose here?" My body was on guard. This hunt was important to me and I would not let anyone ruin it. "Aryn, I will not let anyone ruin what I have to accomplish this night!"

Aryn

I moved infront of Eric, standing between him and Echo.
"He means no harm and only wishes to be around his kind. He wont ruin anything! If you wish It I will take him with me and leave the pack to hunt.. But I brought him here because he is alone.." I waited for Echo to make up her mind. I would not challenge her, but I promised I would protect Eric from them. Until they all understood.

Echo

I watched as she stood in front of him. "Very well. He can join, but does he know what the pack is diong?"

I watched him. He seemed very quiet and I let up my guard. I turned and looked at the rest of the pack. "Do you know where his scent last let off?" I asked looking at Shadow.

Aryn

"yes Echo.. He knows we are hunting a killer.. And before we head further west, come south. His scent grew stronger towards the lumber yard.. It's everywhere down there.." I held my breath waiting for something. When Echo turned to give her attention to Shadow, I turned to face Eric.
"It's alright, we're just weary of strangers is all.. She does not know I met you before.. I will have to explain that to her later." I gazed at him again, I just couldnt help myself. He had an attraction I couldn't shake. And to think all this time I kept myself from choosing a life mate only to find a total stranger appealing. I must have been losing my mind. It was best not to say a word of this to anyone just yet. Perhaps never.. he was a loner, not part of the pack, and I wasn't sure if he would want to be in this pack or not. Some habits never change with some of their kind.

Echo

I turn back to Aryn. "Ok, lead the way. We must find him soon."

Eric

I lowered my head like Aryn has advised me to do. I understand respect and have no problem with it as they are a family and I am an outsider.Without looking directly, I can tell by their scents that the one who is most agitated is a she wolf her scent is musky but strong with anger. The big dark one keeps his distance and I aviod his gaze because he is the leader. Was the shewolf his bitch. I could tell by her scent they hadn't mated but stealing a glance in their direction figured that somehow they were connected, the way they watched each other. I returned my attention to Aryn. she stood protecting me and I felt comforted in much the same way as when she rescued me those many years past if it had indeed been her.... In an instant the one called Echo is up and off, Aryn looks at me a look of relief in her eyes and motions for me to follow.

I fallow the sent to where I lost it before now that I had the pack her. I split the pack up having them go down stream on both sides of the river. Echo and I take the far side and start down sniffing for any thing that might led use the killer. We finely com to a dock where the bout is still tied. I sniff around it a deep growl of rage coming from my chest. The other members of the pack back away scared of my rage. All except of cores echo how new I would never hurt her even in a blood rage like the one I was Belding up to. I take a deep breath finding his sent and taking of after it at ground eating run. I soon out pace every one except Echo thaw I could tell she was pushing her self hard to keep up.

We soon com to a house near the town. I stop looking at the house my vision clouded with a red haze. I say he is in there and he has friends. I snarl with my rage as I circle the house. I stop as the rage hits its pick. I throw my head back and I howl the type of howl that makes grown men tremble with fear and babes cry in there sleep. The howl is full of rage and a demanding blood as it echo’s throw the swamp it calls to the searching wolfs demanding that they com to me or they will regret it utterly. I howl like that for a long minuet letting my rage feed it making it lewder and more harsh then normal. These is why the old leader never challenged me he new I would rip him apart if he posht me to far.

The howl slowly ebbs as I look at the house a man opens the door I smell fear poring off of hem. With out warning I plunge in to the light the human screams in tareare as the night seems to have grown fangs and golden eyes. He’s scream cuts off abruptly as my joss snap around his throat nearly severing it and sending up a got of blood in an ark splattering the wall. I move in to the house throw the open door I catch the sent of the killer as he comes throw a door caring a gun. He stops fear in his eyes and the stink of it oozing throw the pores of his skin. I send a harsh mental message to Echo the killer is her and he is yours. With that I jump at hem knocking hem on his back sending the gun spinning away. I bound deeper in to the house hunting for another kill.

There was only a few hours of the fullmoon left. We had to hurry. I turned instantly at her words and took off through the woods following Shadow we moved in a long line as the pack followed each other towards the scent.
The wind blew and I gathered the scent of him. "Yes, thats the scent, thats the man!" The hair on my neck stood up on end once more, but I backed off. Killing human's was something we didnt do often, and I balked at the idea of doing it. But Echo had this right more so than anyone. I crept backwards bumping into her.
"He's all yours Echo.. Make him pay for what he did..." I backed further up into the darkness of the brush. I glanced up at the sky once more. Not much longer..
"You sure you want to do this tonight Echo? Aren't you supposed to go with Shadow to consumate the mating?" I queried her. I perked up my ears, Shadow had taken care of it without a single word. I watched in awe as he ripped one of the humans to shreds.
I turned from the house, the gruesome sight making me feel funny. Anger was still there but I did not want to see the gory deaths.

Shadow sends me a mental picture of the killer before knocking him down. I go to run after him and Winterheart stands in front of him protecting him.

"Killing humans is not right. You can hunt the animals in the forrest but not humans." He tells me.

"Stand back, Winterheart. I will not stop from getting my revenge. Even if I have to go through you." I warn, my body arched and ready to attach if needed.

"What do you mean?" He challenges me. "Revenge?"

"This man killed my father. My mother died due to my father's death. Therfor he must die. Now move out of my way!" I lung at him, but he moves out of my way before I get there. I turn to see him looking at me. "I am sorry. I did not know." He says to me.

I turn back to my enemy. Getting close to his face, my teeth barred. I could smell the fear run through him. I growled and watch as he jumped in fear. Putting a paw on his chest, applying pressure I smelt a familiar smell. High ammonia. The man had wet himself.

My only complaint was I could not tell him how I dispised him. I wanted him to beg me for forgiveness before I ripped his throat out.

With one swiff move my teeth clamped onto his right ear. He screamed in pain as I ripped it from his head, feeling the cartlidge in my teeth like grissle. His hand went up to where his ear had been as he tried to scramble away from me.

"ATTACK!" I yelled out to the rest of the pack causing chaos to take over.
