Oh yeah, they can be gorgeous. They're a lot like goldfish though, where they've been bred to have awful fucking genetics just to get a prettier fish, and half the time people throw them into tiny containers like they do with goldfish, with no heater or filter.

I mean I get it, a lot of info out there is either misinformation or pet shops trying to make a quick buck, but like, they can be so much more interesting if they are given the right care, and they can live for like five years. Which is another bonus, cause sometimes you want a pet that's going to live for longer than a bug, but hopefully won't outlive -you-, lol.

I'm more of a cat-person myself. I feel like if I can't pet or snuggle it, then I have a hard time really connecting to them.

I am super excited for Vin’s reaction. I am also planning on having Damien make his benign threat to Kyle as soon as he has the map. It won’t be anything too bad, but Damien will certainly try to dissuade him from even thinking about dat booty.

Also, I was thinking. What if Robert gets back and immediately senses that Sabastian is gone. He gets super worried and goes to Jameson who is talking to Kyle for some reason or another. Kyle had dat guilty look and they squeeze him for info. He spills the beans and Jameson decides that it’s not safe there anymore if Kuznet catches our three bois. That could be why they aren’t there when our people come back.

I was thinking thinking something similar last night, but then I was like, well Jameson is going to be in touch with Francisco, so he probably won't do a panic move if Francisco says that Kuznet isn't on to their exact location yet though. It might give Fran a bit of time to sneaky boi on his end, though, and maybe doing something to the dogs to ensure they don't bark. ...poor puppers >_>

Ahem, anyway, that and I was going to have Kyle ask Damien not to come back until he's sure he's not being followed

It's one of his and Sarah's songs. I'm thinking I'll save it for when he's finally starting to lose a bit of the harder pain, and this is kinda like another little stepping stone moment as he tries to heal. Maybe even Sayori will be there to comfort him

The nighttime is certainly really peaceful. It’s pretty hot for being Spring, so night is definitely more comfortably cool too. My brain meat is getting confused by it being way lighter earlier.

Hmm, you know it may never come up, but the 'dead guy' that Niles was carrying through the tunnels after the base exploded was actually Jameson. Francisco had a secret line to him, like he was using with Tommy, and he had him take a drug to slow his heart rate down enough to trick Kuznet into thinking he was dead. Then all Franny had to do was pick him up before the rats started nibbling his giblets

Alright, so! I'm thinking perhaps Johnathan will be in the front yard, in one of his vehicles, probably a van, and doing some kind of testing on something or rather. He's not as keen on 'wasting' his time trying to strike fear in the hearts of our little lambs, so he probably won't be patrolling as strictly as Niles does. He'll probably just be keeping an occasional eye on the camera feed, and maybe looking at a drug or something that they had given to Quint that day.

Then I'm thinking that Niles will be on his way up, to relieve him of duty, and just about the time that Niles parks his car, they are talking, is when the distractions can happen

They can both be pretty shocked too, since they would have thought the dogs would have alerted them, and then Uncle Fran can mysteriously pop in to be like, "yo, nuclear melt down ya dumb bitches"

But I do have a logistics question: so we wanted to light the shed on fire, but if it’s supposed to be a distraction then that’ll make things tricky for saving Quint if the officers are crowded around it trying to put it out. Weren’t we going to set something else on fire too?

Hmm, good question. Were we still going with the assumption that he had some ammo and other weapons hidden nearby?

Actually now that I think about it, he wouldn't want that too close to the basement-lest it put his precious pets in danger, so maybe...hmm. Would Sabastian be able to smell the gunpowder, by chance? Since he was helping load supplies? We could say it's another type of basement, maybe this one being hidden under a separate little tool shed near the garden. And then that one explodes, maybe a piece of shrapnel just by pure, terrible luck, happens to go flying far enough and hit the actual toolshed. Maybe it even starts off as a slow burn, so that by the time they get Sayori and Cora out, and are ready to go and try to save Quint, the sheds already on it's way to burning down.

This would make a bit more sense, since the toolshed burning down won't necessarily put anyone under ground in danger-since it's a concrete basement, there for Kuznet might not have made it his priority to completely fire proof it. And maybe Damien wants to leave Quint for fear of them running out of time before the officers come back? >.>

So when the shed does a collapse, Vin can panic and get the door open for him

What if they had moved some weapons into the other shed more recently? A bit of gunpowder on the ground would be sure to get our boy’s nose a wrinklin’.

As far as that idea goes, it’s a brilliant one and I think it would work perfectly.

I don’t think Damien would want to leave Quint in the burning shed. He wouldn’t be able to stomach being the reason that Cora lost her brother again. I think it would be really sweet if Vin to get a lil scare from it though.
