Yea, I'm thinking maybe like CBD instead of straight THC, if THC just knocks them on their ass, no matter how small the amount. And maybe something else mixed with it, although I was vague cause I'm still trying to get a feel for what the different drugs do.

Edit: OH! Also, it occurred to me that since Sabastian doesn't have a photo of Vin for his locket, they could actually offer him one as incentive seeing as how his locket and Vin are very important to him. I'm sure Jonathan has lots of good pictures of Vin.
