Editor and Organizatio question.

Two questions if I can.

1. Where should I put my editor acknowledgment? I have put them in my submission notes but the do not appear with the story. Should I put them at the start of the story as a note before the body?

2. Is there any way to group my stories by character? I write random encounters with some of the same characters but not really multi part stories. I have 1 that was posted as such so thanks to whomever did that. How can I organixe the rest of the stories or who to I contact about it?
