He grinned, and took another slice of pizza pie, and helped himself to a coke. He turned, looking at the others as he chewed on his pizza. He sat his coke down, and scarfed down the slice of pizza.

"Hey, Jess, wanna dance?"

I set down the coke and looked at him, "sure, why not! Though I dont slow dance real well, I can grind like a pro." I winked at him and walked over to stand before him.
tiptoeing up to his ear I whispered, "No teasing me now.. Im broken for today." I ran my hands up his chest and slid them around his back, gently caressing his lower back with my fingertips.

He smiled, and returned her wink before smiling, and starting to dance with her. He wasn't that great at it, but since neither of them had that much experience, they managed to move together quite well, and managed to not step on each others toes by watching where they put their feet.

He smiled, and looked into her eyes for a moment. "Fun, huh?"

Smiling, I looked up at him and pulled him closer. Putting my head on his shoulders, I gave up watching my feet. Instead I just let the music take over and control my movements. I didn't move much, just swayed against him, content for now.
The sun was setting and soon it would be dark out here, but no one seemed to notice that. Each was too wrapped up in their partner to think about the cooler night air, or what to do once it got dark. I was betting some would be off to pet in the corners if not more daring things like sex.
My hands gently toyed with the hair at the back of his neck just where it tapered down short. I felt him shiver slightly, and giggled a little.
"Like being touched dont you?" I whispered in his ear.

He moved with her, smiling. He felt a shiver run down him, and grinned at her words, before whispering his response in her ear as his breath caressessed her ear. "Depends who's doing the touching...."

Pulling him closer to me, I ran my hands up and down his back, rubbing away the tension he may or may not feel.
"Oh I see..." Smiling, we continued to dance until the song was over.
"It's getting dark, time to find the book.. Interested Matthew?" I pulled back and glanced up into his eyes. "Want to see some magic?" I winked playfully.

He smiled, and let his lips meet hers for a short, loving kiss. He smiled at her, their dance over. His hands ran up and down for a moment as he looked into her eyes. "But I've already seen magic. But, of course, I'll go wherever you should lead me."

"mmm Yes, me too.. ok stop distracting me mister.." I kissed him once more and turned away. Walking into the house, I found my keys and unlocked my trunk in the living room.
Opening it up, I moved a few things and pulled the heavy book out. Smiling, I ran my hand over the cover and felt a tingle of awareness run over me.
"Alright let's see what we can do.." Taking it with me, I walked to the table and called over everyone.
"Whitney, Summer.. Mira come on over here. Let's see what we can do in here shall we?" I was reading along, four elements and one spirit, all linked through earth. ok, that wasn't too hard to understand. Chuckling a little, I was confused but it made sense to me in a way I couldn't explain. I grabbed Matthew's hand and pulled him over to sit beside me. Flipping through pages I listed some of the spells out loud that didn't look too hard to accomplish.
"Well? What shall we do for our first attempt? Aside from turning invisable."

We stop dancing as the music stops I pull Whitney closer to me still moving slowly to the as I tilt her chin up and my mouth meats hers for a long deep kiss. I lift my head up panting slightly as I look around at the rest wondering whets coming next. I walk back over to the tabil grabing another slice of pizza as I sit down pulling Whitney down on to my laps. I rap on arm arund her letting my hand rest just below her sex.

The dance we shared and the kiss he placed on my lips left my body tingling with awareness. I followed Scott over to the chair and stifled a protest when he pulled me down into his lap.
I took a long moment and thought about what spells I had seen in the book when I looked. A thought came to me "Jess I saw one in there to cast a circle. That one wouldn't be to hard....would it?"
Trying hard to recall what I had read about it. Protective circle, no one enters no one leaves without closing it first or opening it to them.
I smiled at the look on Jessi's face and continued. "In there I saw something about elements, earth, fire, water and......What was that last one?"

"Air." He said absently, looking at the book. "And then there's Spirit, but that's not an element. It's an individual thing inside each of us. At least, that's what I learned in years of martial arts. It's a lot more than just fighting."

"Thanks Mathew." I paused for a long moment "You know I think magic is very much the same as the martial arts. just like there is more to martial arts than fighting, I believe there is more to magic than just throwing words out into the air. It feels like you truly have to feel and see it deep down inside for it to work."
Wow! Did that really come from me. I sat there in silence for a moment, shaking my head. I had just spoke of something deep, what was the matter with me.

"Whoa.. that's.." I put my hand over my heart and gave Whitney a serious look, "that's touching!" I batted my eyes and signed then bust up laughing. Whitney? A serious deep thought other than shopping and school?
She gave me a real crusty look that made me laugh even harder, "Ok ok! I'm sorry, but I couldn't resist." A laughter died down and I nodded, "Yes I agree there.. Well let's see what we can do shall we girls?" I stood up and took the book with me to the side yard and looked around.
"This area will do for a circle.." Positive energies and what not's accounted for, this place was always peaceful and happy back here.
"Mira, Summer, get up and get over here, Whitney you too.." They came forward and stood around looking at me like they had better things to do.
"We're going to make a circle to start with. This circle is to protect us and a place to clense to keep the evil magic out or something like that.." I grinned, glancing up from the book I read.
"Since we don't know who's element is who's I am going to cast the circle. Join hands in the center.." I read over the spell twice filing it into my mind until I was certain I had it right. Clearing my throat I set the book down at my feet and joined hands with them.
Mira, Summer, Whitney and myself all stood, hands linked. I felt Mira and Summer watching me with supressed laughter, wondering what in the hell we're doing.

"Hail, to the east, power of Air
I invoke you and call you
Whirlwind,
Rising sun,
Come!
Send forth your light
Be here now!"

I felt the wind stir, but I kept my eyes closed and concentrated on the words.

"Hail, to the south, power of fire
I invoke you and call you
Flaming one,
Spark of life,
Come!
Send forth your flame
Be here now!"

I felt a sudden heat blow by as if we had southern winds blowing in, but inside the center of the four of us, there was a small flame dancing in thin air until it settled down and vanished.

"Hail to the west, power of water
I invoke you and call you
Rainmaker,
Evening star,
Come!
Send forth your flow
Be here now!"

Overhead I heard the thunder crack and behind my eyes seen the lightening flash. This was working!? I had hopes. Shivering I felt the light rain move over and dampen my clothes.

"Hail to the north, power of Earth
I invoke you and call you
North star,
Stone, mountain and fertile field
Come!
Be here now!
The circle is cast
We are between the worlds, beyond the bounds of time.
Lord and lady abide here now
Lend your power to the circle,
That what be cast is done as asked,.
And harm shall come to none."

Ground began to stir, I could hear it and feel it inside. Opening my eyes I wasn't prepared for what I saw!
"Oh my lord!" I glanced around the area. Outside the circle everything was calm, but inside the circle the air was blowing and a light rain was falling and I could feel the earth move alittle under my feet. The wind picked up, blowing harder across the lawn, and with it, taking everything out of the circle. The flame was the most interesting in my mind, watching it dance between us. But it wasn't hot and it wasn't touching the ground.
Leaves, bits of twig, a little wrapper and some other little things were blown out. My eyes with wonderment I watched, a smile playing over my lips.
As sudden as it began it stopped, Silence. I let go of their hands and bent down, picking up the book I read further.
"This circle is clensed now.. No one can enter nor leave unless a door is made. To break the circle from within is terrible, it doesnt say exactly what, but it is a no no..Hmm and no one can enter unless we put a 'door' in it. What ever that means.. I'll have to read more." I read over the closing of the circle, which all it took was each girl calling within their element and closing it.
"It's saying here, right element, right position, each for their own." Hm ok that was weird.
"We need to try and see if we can manipulate the elements.. Each only has one they are most comfortable with.. Whitney? You go for it... We'll wait and see.." I put the book back down and smiled, holding hands once more.

I looked harshly at Jess and laughed with her, she was right, it was quite funny. Watching her stand and walk away, she was serious, she really wanted to do this. I agreed and rose from Scott's lap.
Standing in a circle I closed my eyes and listened to the words a warm tingling ran through me as I felt the cool breeze blow over my face. I didn't open my eyes just listened to the rest and felt the effect of each, as the specific words were spoken.
When she finished and all ceased I opened my eyes, the circle was now free of everything and I could feel the slight energy within it.
Jess read some more from the book. Ok so in order to close the circle we each had to find our own element. This sounded a little wierd but I shrugged my shoulders "I'll try Earth." Jess told me to stand at the north position and read the words off to me a couple of times. When I sttod where I should be and had the words in my head I closed my eyes and repeated each word to the "T".

"From Earth I come of Earth I plead, Quake and quiver beneath my feet. I am Earth and she is me, As I will it so Mote it be."

I stood there for a long moment and nothing happened. I opened my eyes and looked at Jess. "Ummm... I don't think that worked Jess, did I say it wrong?" Something should have happened, right? Maybe I didn't really have what it took. The thought that maybe it wasn't my element escaped my attention for the moment.

I reread the book and then nodded and Whitney, "You said it right, try air instead.." I glanced at the words and spoke them slowly to her.
Summer figgeted and Mira watched intently both wanting a go.

OOC: Major apologies - Shoty just pointed out I had not written a farewell to hear. I am afraid, what with a positive marital change, and an intense summer course, I just have not had time to keep up with any but 1 thread. I'm not sure just how much more free time I am going to have in the foreseeable future, so I should withdraw. My apologies - I thought I'd written a withdrawal in virtually all my threads before.

I moved to stand in the east, I remembered that was where Air was supposed to be. Listening carefully to the words as Jess read them off, I closed my eyes and concentrated, repeating them in my head until I was sure I had them right.

"From Air I come, for air I call. I summon the wind to rise and fall. I am air and she is me, as I will it so mote it be."

Again there was nothing. I growled with frustration, what the hell was I doing wrong? I gave a grunt and looked at Jess. "Maybe I'm not really a witch, that thing with Billy was just a really weird coinsidence." I threw my hands up in the air "You give it a shot Jess, somebody else should try or something."

"Alright Whitney. Let me give it a try alright?"
I moved to the south position and stood and cleared my mind..

"From Fire I come, of Fire I burn, Spark and flame and cleanly burn. I am fire and she is me.. As I will it so mote it be!"

I opened my eyes and nothing.
"wait.. just let me try once more.."
Something inside me said earth and so I moved, into the northern position and closed my eyes.
"We're looking at what we want, not what we are. Deep inside what we are really like.." I cleared my thoughts and spoke the words.

"From earth I come, of earth I Entreat, Quake and quiver beneath my feet. I am earth and she is me.." The earth started to tremble under me, I could feel it moving slowly. "As I will it so mote it be..." A soft heat came over me, a sudden rushing then pushed my eyes opened as I watched the ground rumble and quake under me, the ground appearing to boil beneath my feet. I smiled and then grinned broadly.

"Try Air Mira.."


Mira Connors

Jessi spoke softly the words and I moved beside her, standing where Whitney had been and repeated what she said to say.

"From Air I came, from air I call, I summon the wind to rise and fall. I am air and she is me, as i will it so mote it be.." I held my breath, waiting. Nothing at first... I couldnt hear nor feel the wind.
Perhaps Whitney was right and they all werent witches?
I sighed heavily and opened my eyes. Looking around the leaves began to rustle and then it came through a very warm wind that lifted my hair from my neck and whipped it in my face.
"It worked!" I laughed, this was great!

I glanced at Whitney, "Fire Whitney, move to the south and try to light a fire and Summer.. you try water.." I had a feeling those were more right than any of us thought.
"and once it is done, close your eyes, clear your mind and picture what those words mean to you in a symbolism of a familiar.."

I watched in amazement, the ground first rumbling to life beneath Jessi's feet then the wind stirring Mira's hair. My hopes began to fall as each had successfully found their element.
I took a deep breath and took my place. Closing my eyes I washed all that I had been thinking before away and thought about what I truly felt. The picture that formed truly shocked and amazed me.
A great winged bird silhouetted by a crisp red flame.

"From fire I come, of fire I burn

I felt a rush go through me, I recognised it from when I had cast the spell on Billy. It heated my flesh and made me feel so aroused and exhilarated, I thought I might burst there. I opened my eyes and saw the flame dancing before me. "Oh my god...it worked...it actually worked." I mused and turned to Summer "Ok girly your turn...have at it."



Summer

I was in awe for just a second at all I had seen, but only for a second. I was eager to try my hand and had been since the first spell.
Taking the last open place I closed my eyes and searched my soul for what I felt was right for me. The vision of a great beast formed in my mind and that is what I concentrated on while I spoke the words Jess relayed.

"From water I came, of water I call
From the ocean, from the sky it shall fall
I am water and she is me
As I will, so mote it be"

That sexual feeling returned and coursed through my entire body, awakening a need within me I could not control. I took a deep breath and sighed as the light rain fell upon my face. My arms now outstretched to feel it fully.
It was a wonderful feeling and I looked around the circle at my friends then remembered our guests.
"Think the boys are shitting bricks yet?" I mused to the other girls with a raised eyebrow.

James Barron and Matthew Bracken

The two sat nearby, watching the entire thing from the outside and discussing the power of magic. James, who had been skimming through the old books he had, and Matthew, who had a knowledge of elements and such from his years of learning the martial arts. They watched, waiting for the girls to finish as they talked about how magic and the martial arts were connected.

I answered Summer first, "Nah I am betting they are bored andnot paying any attention to us at all. Shall we close this circle, turn invisable and fuck with them?" I smiled with a wicked little grin.
We all huddled together and whispered yes at the same time.
"Alright, no words spoken, just move around the table behind the guys, little touches here and there and let's see if they know who is messing with them or if they have the right girl?"
Sounded good, all nodded in agreement. I closed the circle and silently we spoke the words, imagining ourselves invisable. One by one we vanished from sight. I bumped into Whitney and laughed.
"Hey watch it! shhhhhhh don't give us away either.." Mira whispered into my ear, or where she thought! was my ear and we all giggled again. This was too funny for words.
"Ok one at a time, we'll go over there quietly and wait for them to notice we're gone.." I walked over, silently as possible, Mira Whitney and they Summer following close behind.

A grin crossed my invisible face and I stifled the urge to laugh, this would be fun. I wandered up behind Summer's new friend, leaning in close I blew my warm breath across his ear. He shuddered and spun around, his eyes wide, and gooseflesh rising over his skin.
Now I had to work harder to keep from laughing. I trailed a finger down his cheek to his chest and quickly pulled it away when he reached out to grab at it.
I watched the others as they played, each with a differnt guy, their faces with permanent smiles.



Summer

As I followed the rest of the girls I had my sights set. Queitly I stepped up behind James, my fingers feather light, trailed down his back.
Leaning in closer and feeling more bold, I let my lips caress the back of his neck for just seconds before I pulled back out of his reach. A smile brimming from ear to ear. This was fun. None of them new who was who... I hoped.

Smiling, It took everything I had not to chuckle at this bad behavior we were all doing. I moved up behind scott, my hand trailing over his shoulder ever so lightly before my lips grzed his ear and backed away. Mira came up behind me and took over as I moved towards Matthew and ran my hand bolding over his shorts. I let my breathing turn heavier as I moved by his ear and lapped the skin. Smiling I backed away out of reach just as Mira did. I felt one of the others move around me and so I went over behind James.
Each of us could see the other girl's aura now, clearly, but the guy's still could not see us.
I waved to the girls to back up now and wait and see if they did anything?

He raised an eyebrow, and turned around, sitting up to look behind himself. He sat back down with an odd grunt. He didn't like being toyed with. He turned, watching the others react, and grinned. Having fun, were they?


Matthew Bracken

Matthew jumped, feeling himself being touched by something, or, rather he thought, someone. He felt uncomfortable, not knowing who it was, or what they were thinking. He shifted about in his seat.
