To D_Lynn, you are a top-class storyteller. Your winning story in the Nude Day competition, and your follow-up, certainly show your talent. It was strictly the plot of Lavender and Love that got to me personally, and made that my favorite. That takes nothing away from your fine work and well-deserved win.

Luna, I've already told you how highly I esteem your work. Nine pages of quibbles was a labor of love. Strictly mechanical, of course; you don't need any help from me to craft the plot and characters for a fine story.

Good Try

FarFromCD is back with a new Baker Street Ballad "Holmes and the Old Army Friend - Ch 1". Interesting concept, a nineteenth-century London sex club with international ramifications. I quibbled it, of course, as the mechanicals need work, but Far has done a good job. If you're a BSI, this is much better than a lot of other attempts to mimic the Literary Agent.

Another Strong Debut

If you like good hard hot sex with an impregnation, and a surprise ending to boot, TheStork's debut "Withdrawal" is worth reading. And it's an example of well-crafted first-person narration.

FarFromCD posted Ch 2 of "Holmes and the Old Army Friend". As I predicted, Holmes shows up in disguise. Interesting concept here, but some old-line Baker Street Irregulars will have a hissy fit over Far's depiction of The Woman. I avoided same in my quibbles, but it was a struggle. But if you're a fan, it's worth a read.

or perhaps A Cautionary Tail, from AngelBell, with the descriptive title "Doctor's Anal Extraction". Ol' Angel's character is trying out a new toy, solo, with unexpected results. As the doctor tells her: "Well Ms. Angel. I hope you have learned a valuable lesson. It is always best to have someone else present to assist when trying new things for the first time."

Angel promises to have her boyfriend present when she does a reprise. Cain't hardly wait.
