Colleges have a good mix in classes but the live in students tend to be 20-25 year olds and they are the ones that use the laundry at school.

The Hotel idea though..that you get a wider range of people it could effect.

This particular variant on the enchanted unmentionables theme strikes me as one that would be well suited for a a several chapter story. They could start out at a college (after all, we in the 20-25 set are awfully hormonal) and then maybe over spring break they get brought with one of the students to a hotel, where the adventure continues.

I went through this thread to review the ideas that have been tossed about so far, from the fairly fleshed out ones to the smal seeds of ideas, and compiled a list. Sometimes it helps to see it all in one place....

finding them tucked away in the corner of a strange shop of some kind
found/purchased at a carnival or other traveling fair sort of thing

looking at a used clothing store/in an attic for parts to a halloween party/theme costume
Wizard/wizardess creates a pair of magic panties and then watches through a crystal ball
