Recall by plebiscite was one of Reform's (now Alliance)policy's although I don't know if it is one the Alliance addopted. I am not sure that it is the best idea but it would certainly make an MP far more responsible to his constituents.

One thing we need here and damn soon is a "set term for elections" and a two term limit.
