Enron: Kenneth The Scum Bag is DEAD!

We're talking about Kenneth Lay, former Chairman and CEO of Enron, and one of the sleaziest man alive. He died yesterday apparently from a heart attack while awaiting his sentencing after being convicted of multiple counts of fraud from the Enron disaster - fraud that cost thousands of people their jobs, pensions and savings.

HE is dead and I do not feel a bit sorry at all!

Of course this means that he will never be sentenced. I wonder........

The sad thing is Ken Lay was up for $20+ millions in fines. Since he was never sentenced both the conviction and the fines go bye-bye.

Now we are left watching his family fight over the $6 millions in investement stocks, his various vacation properties and the cash he stuff away.

I know this sucks, but we're living in a Republican non-democracy right now.
