Error 500 when looking for Ilovemysister29 author

Title says it all. Since a couple days each time I want to look an this author's page to see if he published a new story I end up on the error 404 'internal server error' message.
What does it mean? What do I got to do?

Oh no! He was a fairly recent author but I really loved his stories. I hope he'll be back soon

According to the FAQ, you can direct the site to retain the stories, but if you don't, they go.

Yeah I don't see the author in my favorites list. And I don't find his story when looking for them title by title. So sad.

Yeah not having new story from this author already sucks but no longer having access to his previous stories is downright sad. If you know other stories similar, please tell me.
