I think we would find the beginning August difficult.
Andante has the exact August dates we could not attend.
Other than that I can pretty much make any time.
The further in advance we know the dates, the easier it would be.
If people are in school or work during term time, school holidays may be best, but that does push up the price of hotels, flights etc.
Who would need it to be in term time?

F says if you are wanting to sample one of the Dutch cultural (lol) highlights of the year, Queen's Day (April 30th) might be fun...partying in the streets, costumes, lots of madness, very busy and lively. He says walking the streets in BDSM outfits will definately not be an issue at that time. LOL, he also says beer is a lot cheaper than UK or Denmark.

I would love to join, and if we could somehow make it a "play party" even better *weg* there should sure be a Club or location accomodating us Pervs???? I know there are a few dungeon/hotel sort of places (from top of my head I recall "Black Tulip"??) but my list is way outdated, so maybe someon can update us on that and we might arrange for shared locations/playroom?
A'dam is cool, no problem for me as long as we stay out of main holiday season.

Black Tulip would be excellent, and we thought of it last time.....figured it might take some negotiating as it is a gay hotel for gay clients, but has great equipment in the rooms and is reasonable in cost last time I checked their site.

Not BDSM, but the rooms we have had so far are large, definately large enough for playing and having a few people in at one time....huge bed, though like many here, 2 pushed together so the bondage gear comes in handy for stopping them travelling and us falling down the gap....also in one of The Netherlands prettiest places and 10 minutes drive from Amsterdam, and put on a great breakfast (huge and great variety of choices and excellent service, all included in cost of the room. The pics below are the last time we were there....the dining room, and the view from the dining area doors. Only problem is it is not close to public transport, but depending how many need lifts and room in various vehicles, this might not be a problem.
