Then there's my favorite fringe perversion, the tick hunt.
Ticks are bad. They transfer diseases. Encephalitis, Lyme disease, actually countless others, but those two are what humans are most vulnerable to where I live. Everyone I know maintain vaccinations against tick encephalitis because you can contract a tick even in the city here. There's no preventing of the Lyme disease, only monitoring after a bite for a timely treatment (a course of heavy duty antibiotics you don't want to take without need).
And, they are hard(ish) and tricky to take off correctly. Especially if there managed to get into soft crevices or folds of skin. They love warm and wet places.
So yes. You can get the most prudish girl to frantically strip and then stretch for you to examine her entire skin inch by inch if she's informed of the risks and you convince her that her clothes are full of little bloodsucker arachnids potentiially transmitting diseases. May need to actually catch one crawling on her for the full effect, the self induced crawling sensation all over.
