Experts: Hillary Broke The Law

Your running off from threads never to be seen again is common knowledge. Once your thread goes bust and you're shown to be (once again) completely full of shit one of three things happen. You have your very own maneuver named for you, the "Vetteman maneuver", see #3.

1: You desert the thread never to be seen again.
2: You pretend the person who showed that you're completely full of shit (once again) is on ignore, along with anyone who quoted them.
3: You pull a "Vetteman", and try to claim that you 'Just posted an article, you don't necessarily believe it.'

You may think that everyone else suffers from the same age related memory issues that you must, but some of us are still mentally sharp and have been here long enough to know that this is a very old pattern that you fall back to on a regular basis.

Denying it only makes it more pathetic.

Bill Clinton’s spokesman: He never e-mailed Hillary

But some took “from my husband and me” to mean messages between the former president and first lady. “It appears at least one Clinton is not telling the whole truth,” wrote the Washington Examiner. “She runs into the brick wall of her husband’s own denial,” wrote the National Review. “Does Bill Clinton email? It depends whom you ask,” read a headline at the Hill.

Asked whether Bill Clinton e-mailed with his wife at her e-mail address, McKenna told Bloomberg he did not.

Perhaps Hillary Clinton meant messages on behalf of both of them. In any case, her description of the communication as “personal” would suggest that any Bill Clinton-linked messages were among the 31,830 she said she “chose not to keep.”

Hillary Clinton spokesman Nick Merrill did not respond to requests for clarification, nor did McKenna respond to further questions.

Which law exactly is it that Hillary supposedly broke? I've yet to see one listed anywhere among the accusations.

According to the law and state department regulations at the time she was allowed to use any email she wanted for unclassified communication, so long as official emails were preserved. Official email would have gone to a .gov account recipient and would have been preserved on their end. In addition she has turned over 50,000 plus pages of work related emails from her personal mail server.

Unless it can be proved that she was communicating with other government officials and not using their official accounts AND the mails weren't preserved then legally, they have nothing.

Should she have used an official .gov email account for all official business? Sure. Did she break the law by using her personal account? Not unless they can prove that there are official emails that were not preserved and handed over as the law required. Good luck with that.

Obama Knew All About Hillary's E-mail
March 10, 2015

BEGIN TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: Okay. So last week Valerie Jarrett said that she'd never heard from Hillary She said that Hillary didn't send her e-mails, and Obama had never gotten any e-mails from Hillary. Josh Earnest went out and said, "Oh, no, no, no, no! The president doesn't recall. He didn't he didn't he didn't know that Hillary was using a private e-mail server until he read about it in the media just like the rest of you."

But now it turns out that the press secretary, Josh Earnest, admits that Hillary Clinton and Obama did indeed exchange e-mails while she was in the Regime. Josh Earnest said, "The president -- I think as many people expected -- did, over the course of his first several years in office, trade e-mails with his secretary of state. But the number wasn't large." That's kind of like, "Yeah, I smoked, but I didn't inhale." It was never believable that Obama didn't know that Hillary was using a private server.

In fact, I'm gonna offer you a little analogy. You know who else was using a private server for e-mails? General David Petraeus. And you know what was happening in those private e-mails? He was conducting a relationship with his paramour, with his mistress, Paula Broadwell. The way they did it, is they had a common Gmail e-mail account, and they used the drafts folder to communicate with each other. They didn't ever send each other any actual e-mails.

Whenever they wanted to communicate, they would just compose a draft of an e-mail, not send it, and put it in the drafts folder. And then they would each log into the Gmail account and read whatever was in the drafts folder, and they would each find the latest note from one to the other. None of them had ever been sent. They did this to keep it on the down low. But here's the thing. The Regime knew. The Regime knew, and they held it. They didn't tell Petraeus that they knew.

They didn't tell anybody. But Obama knew. They knew. So then Benghazi happened. And they wanted Petraeus to say X, Y, and Z about Benghazi, which was to parrot the Regime line. Petraeus, not aware that they knew about his little Gmail draft folder technique, refused. The Regime responded accordingly by leaking the fact that Petraeus was having an affair. This was because Petraeus would not toe the line on whatever the Regime wanted. They probably wanted him to go out and blame the video.

I don't remember what it was. Well, here we have Mrs. Clinton, and she's got this private server, and here's Obama saying, "Ah, I didn't know about that 'til same time you found out about it! He didn't know about that 'til I saw it in the news," except they knew. And Earnest has now admitted it, "But, aaah, he didn't know very much! I mean, there weren't a whole lot of e-mails." But they knew. This is the most spied on country by a president ever. Barack Obama and his Regime are spying on Americans like no president ever has.

Richard Nixon? A piker.

George W. Bush? A piker.

Wonder how secure Hillary's private emails are?
Wouldn't it be a lot easier for a hacker to get into her account?
Not necessarily.
If the person who set it all up knew what they were doing, it could be extremely secure.
But if it it were as secure as government email, it's a bad precedent because the next person may not be using very secure email. That's the reason it should be against the law.

Obama Purposefully Set Clinton Up to Get Away With Email Crimes

-By Warner Todd Huston

President Obama made dead sure that Hillary Clinton would never get caught using illegal private email systems while Secretary of State by refusing to appoint an official internal inspector general for the Dept. of State during Hillary’s tenure, a new report shows.

It is the duty of the president to make sure that every government department has its own appointed Inspector General to serve as an internal watchdog over an agency. But during Hillary’s entire tenure, Obama never bothered to fill the vacant IG office for the State Department.

A new report by the Washington Examiner reveals Obama’s complicity in giving Clinton all the cover she needed to do whatever she wanted as Secretary of State by making sure there was no watchdog to keep her honest during her stint at State.

“The White House is saying that the State Department has responsibility for making sure their officials and staff follow the law, but the White House is responsible for making sure they have the tools to do that and they fell down on that job in making sure they have the No. 1 tool, and that’s an inspector general,” John Wonderlich, policy director at the Sunlight Foundation, a non-partisan open-government group, told the Washington Examiner.

Since Obama failed to do his duty and there was never any official watchdog over Hillary, this fact has spurred the Benghazi investigation committee in the House to offer any State Dept. employee total immunity of they come forward with info about what happened on Hillary’s watch.

“The Benghazi Committee is interested in hearing from any State employee who feels they may have nonpublic information relevant to the investigation or the current issue regarding email usage,” Jamal Ware, a spokesman for the House Benghazi Committee, said.

By refusing to appoint a watchdog, all this tends to prove that Obama knew full well that he couldn’t trust Hillary to be a lawful Secretary and he did all he could to make sure any potential scandal she might be responsible for was buried.

Obama knew full well that Hillary would do something bad and he tried his best to head off trouble.

Hillary’s consciousness of guilt

Voluntary misdirection over personal email deletion.
Burning Server

When I first watched Hillary’s press conference, something jumped out at me that has been bothering me since.

It’s not just the self-contradictory explanation of why she will not turn over the server to a neutral party, or the apparent falsehoods in her explanations as to prior usage.

Hillary did something that was a dead giveaway, reflecting a consciousness of guilt.

Hillary volunteered a piece of information about which she had not yet been asked and which was not critical to her explanation of why she would not turn over the server.

Apparently reading from a prepared statement, Hillary volunteered that she deleted “personal” emails:

“At the end I chose not to keep my private, personal emails, emails about planning Chelsea’s Wedding, or my mother’s funeral arrangements, condolence notes to friends, as well as yoga routines, family vacations, the other things you typically find in inboxes…. “

Why volunteer that she deleted personal emails, and drag the red herring across the trail to lead the discussion towards Chelsea, her mother and yoga?

Remember, Hillary said she would not turn over the server because it had personal emails on it, but then inconsistently said the personal emails were not on the server because she chose not “not to keep” them.

Hillary gave away the game at that point to me.

Hillary showed a consciousness of guilt and deliberate misdirection.

Get the server.

So the Repubs on here are "outraged" because she "deleted" some of her personal emails. For fuck's sake people, NOTHING IS TOTALLY DELETED FROM THE INTERNET!

CLINTON: “Others had done it.”

THE FACTS: Although email practices varied among her predecessors, Clinton is the only secretary of state known to have conducted all official unclassified government business on a private email address. Years earlier, when emailing was not the ubiquitous practice it is now among high officials, Colin Powell used both a government and a private account. It’s a striking departure from the norm for top officials to rely exclusively on private email for official business.

CLINTON: “I fully complied with every rule I was governed by.”

THE FACTS: At the very least, Clinton appears to have violated what the White House has called “very specific guidance” that officials should use government email to conduct business. …

Federal law during Clinton’s tenure called for the archiving of such private email records when used for government work, but did not set out clear rules or punishments for violations until rules were tightened in November. In 2011, when Clinton was secretary, a cable from her office sent to all employees advised them to avoid conducting any official business on their private email accounts because of targeting by unspecified “online adversaries.”
