Alright,

I think the details of what is going on in her mind as she goes over the brink and even into the orgasm are another element; knowing that this will be her last orgasm -- the terrible conflict; if only she could stop, she would suffer no further injury...and yet she is too close (as a result of making herself wait so long for the O) to stop...how would you write that?

Just for clarity: I'm not into self-mutilation per se: this is just a potent "what if" fantasy for me; like I said earlier, I think there can be a link between fear and arousal...

I have already cut and pasted and copied all the stuff from this thread and added it to my collection, so that some day I might be able to finish = )

I understand, PLS...It freaks me out too, in a way...and yet that is why it intrigues me; the very darkness / horror of the prospect of losing my organ of pleasure in the "moment of maximum need" is about the worst thing I can imagine, and yet to read or write a story about it in some sense puts it under my control...I'm not sure that makes any sense (even to me), but...perhaps it was hearing when I was young "if you keep playing with that, it's gonna fall off!" -- to eroticize it is to take back the fear, and transform it...
