Falling for the unknown *OPEN*

"My dear, you look wonderful tonight. Again, I shall be the envy of many people, and you shall gather more than your fair share of complimentary looks."

Rose blushed at his compliment, "Thank you.." she said, softly not really knowing what else to say. He led her to the car and after he'd opened the door, she slipped inside. While the drive began, she could smell his cologne. He smelled good, way better than her boyfriends.

"Sight seeing actually sounds good." She said with a little smile, "Then dinner after..." She pushed her dark hair out of her eyes as she waited for a response. She was still that this was all surreal. She'd never actually been out with another man and almost thought of it as cheating.

Archibald noticed the discomfort that was coming off Rosalie. He pondered for a short moment or two about whether he would say anything about it to her, and decided to hold off until a more appropriate moment.

"Sight seeing actually sounds good. Then dinner after..."

"Very well, then." Archibald leant forward, and spoke a single word to the driver before resuming his seat. Since he had some time to kill, he decided that he would pursue some information gathering.

"You seem a little unsettled, Rosalie. Is there anything wrong?" He paused long enough to infer he had been thinking. "You're not thinking that I have any improper designs on you? I assure you that this is merely a friendly gesture, not one where I am attempting to have you regard me as a partner. You are here, all alone, and I am trying to make your stay here a little more pleasant. At least, that is my desire."

He kept his silence for the remainder of the ride, smiling warming when they came to a stop at Trafalgar Square. "Here we are. A few hours in the National Gallery, then a bite to eat, and then we'll see what happens next." He extended his arm to Rosalie, helping her from the car before escorting her to the Gallery's main entrance.

"Hm? Oh no, everything is fine. " She said, "And...why would I think that? I know you're just being nice." Was it wrong of her to sort of want for him to...she quickly erased that forming thought. Of course it was wrong of her!

"Gallery? Hm...sounds interesting.."

She allowed Archibald to lead her into the entrance way. The paintings and photographs that were on the wall were very exquisite to say the least. There were some modern art displays as well as medieval times displays as well.

"So do you have a particular display you like best?"
