Had a couple more ideas that randomly popped in my head

1. Brother heads out to the store and comes back with tampons, pain relief for pms, and ingredients for soup. He goes upstairs to sister's room, gives her the meds and tampons and comes back down and starts making soup

Dad: What's going on?
Bro: Amy's having some pretty severe stomach pains...it's that time. Corn chowder always makes her feel better.

I like the idea that even if family members are fucking, they have the common courtesy to keep it "private".
For example, the family is watching TV, brother and sister are sitting next to each other. They are getting handsy which then gets pretty heated and they want to fuck, so they excuse themselves, "Hey dad, we're gonna head upstairs." Dad can then say, "Ok just keep it down." They know what their kids are gonna do, nothing else naughty needs to be said. They keep their fucking in a room just out of respect and privacy.
Another I can think of is when using the bathroom, Mom goes to use the bathroom, but son and daughter are in there already as she hears their moans and skin slapping, "Occupied Mom!" the daughter said. "We're still in the shower." said the son.
However there may be times brother and sister do fuck outside their rooms. When they know their parents are gone, of course they fuck in the living room or so! It's a rush for them!
Family gathering as well can have this premise, everyone knows but it's at all explicit. Sister is coming down the stairs and sees her aunt and brother coming up giggling. Walking pass her and into aunt's bedroom where they lock the room. Many family members will disappear in pairs or even in groups and then reappear together back in the party.

For example, they've gone upstairs at 5pm but are still up there at 630pm. Its been 90 minutes. Dad and Mom come upstairs to see if they fell asleep and if they should wake them for dinner but find out unexpectedly that sister is crying out in pleasure as brother continues to pound her from behind. They've been fucking for 90 minutes.
