Lovely... let me see if I can set the scene...

A roaring fire lit the center of the clearing as the lycans danced under the near-full moon. The cat and dog changers mingled like this only twice year, and it was quite an occasion. The week long celebration called for fun and frivolity from all participants. They hunted together, they feasted together, they even enjoyed each other's company is more intimate ways, though the elders shook their heads in dissaprooval. This, the third night was as joyous as any other. With the kill freshly consumed, all creatures were drinking their cares away, and pairing up for the long cold night.

(coughs) Sorry for interrupting. I actually had quite politely been in PM with auraofpower, asking to join. I too am interested in the post, and would be happy to submit my character. A party seems like a perfect scene, I'm looking forward to having some fun.

Wolfe is a quiet man, who rarely gets rambunctious. Cautious to a fault when in the "human" world, Wolfe sees moots and raves with other Lycans as rarities when he can almost let his guard down, but not quite. How long he has actually walked the world of men and beasts is largely unknown as Wolfe detests his birthday as a sign of growing older, and has long since stopped counting the years.

Perhaps one of the most distinctive attitudes he has is the refusal to see the human world around him as a food chain. Several times in the past he has risked personal injury to keep a favored human from harm, sometimes from his own kind. While some Lycans sympathize with his view, others find it scandalous. Most Lycans who have spent any great deal of time travelling have heard at least rumors of this strange man, and many have tried to take his life.

Deeply needing a release from the normal strenuous life of being both hunter and hunted, Wolfe always keeps an ear out for any gatherings of his kind, knowing them to be a rare stay in the flow of violence.

Not many would slay even an outcast such as he at a meeting like these, so as not to darken the mood of the evening.........or so he hoped.
