How do you feel about video that refutes the claim of Jussie Smollet who in a fabrication too stupid to imagine anyone would expect to be believed said that assailants waited in sub-freezing temperatures with a noose and a bottle of bleach in the "MAGA Country" of a gay friendly part of CHICAGO where a gay, black man quivers in fear of his numerous red-neck, homophobic, racist neighbors might have an opportunity to bump into a nationally known, gay, black, Trump-hating actor to happen to stroll put into the sub-freezing temperature for a sandwich well after midnight?

My take is that only one of those two events was "invented."

In a way I have to admire your integrity if you're going to be an intolerant bigot towards people who don't agree with you politically I think you should be an intolerant bigot towards all of them. You should hate black Trump supporters, gay Trump supporters, lesbian Trump supporters Asian Trump supporters, disabled Trump supporters, legal and illegal immigrant Trump supporters. Hat the all equally and for no stronger reason than that you don't share their point of view.

after taunting the peaceful demonstrators, ngo pretended to be hit and then threw himself on the ground. he then proceeded to roll around on the pavement, throwing himself against the peaceful antifa people's shins and shoes. of course he might have gotten injured, he was acting like he was having a fit. then, when people in the crowd tried to help him up, he grabbed their cold drinks and threw them over himself and claimed they were full of caustic substance. the police chief asked that anyone else assaulted with a milk shake come forward, so far only two proud boys who claim to have been beaten with blue slushies and a bystander who claims he was poked with a frozen chocolate covered banana have appeared. it's obvious that ngo invented the whole thing, then used the race card, then used the fag card, just to get attention.

Not really sure what the big deal is. The con artist justified the Saudis who murdered a reporter who repeatedly wrote about the corruption in the House of Saud by saying the U.S. would lose billions in arms sales, has repeatedly called American reporters fake when they report on his own corruption and incompetence, and has called the news media the enemy of the people.

It seems Antifa was doing us a favor, if the con artist is to be believed.

Violence is often acceptable. Sometimes it is even admirable. It is entirely ethical to conclude that if someone attacks you, you can use violence to repel his assault. Likewise, if someone or a group of someones were violently assaulting a third party, it would be not only unobjectionable, but heroic, to step in and stop the assault, even if the only way to do so was through the use violence.

This is precisely why the attack on Ngo was inevitable and why, in all likelihood, further attacks, from Antifa activists and others, will follow.

Pundits on the right have long rallied against the left’s misuse of words like “unsafe” or “violent.” We have long cautioned that, beyond doing a gross injustice to the English language, these misuses would ultimately beget something worse than an abuse of syntax.

Ngo’s assault — and the reaction to it — is that something worse. Once you buy into the idea that speech can be violent, the logic defending violence as a means of suppressing speech is almost unassailable....

The coverage that Ngo is actually getting isn’t all that great, either. A brief perusal of the commentary demonstrates an ironic and profoundly hypocritical reality. It’s common knowledge that blaming victims is the quickest way to make enemies on the left. Ngo seems to have been excluded from this consideration....
