It's the title of a movie, The Usual Suspects, but not sure the line is in the movie.

"Round up the usual suspects" is a classic Casablanca quote, and I can only imagine whoever came up with the movie title The Usual Suspects was a fan of Casablanca.

Oh, and also, of course of Japanese director Masaki Kobayashi!
