Ok, I was nervous to post at first but I wanted to get a few opinions...

My 20th birthday just passed and I am thinking of taking my birthday money and getting a breast augmentation. I have a boyfriend who thinks I shouldn't do it, but I might feel sexier with larger breasts.

Personally I think you'd be throwing your money away. You look perfect the way you are. But, in the end, it's your body and money so you have to do what you think is right. But in my humble opinion you are gorgeous as is.

I think you're beautiful just the way you are. I prefer natural to silicone no matter what the size. However, that is just my opinion, you have to do what ever makes you feel best about yourself. I would think it fair to say that most people are far more critical of themself than others are of them.

i have to agree with the others hun they do look good as they are. but if you are so unhappy with them then before considering the op remember that some do go wrong. especially with all the bugs around. working in healthcare i have seen first hand the damage some of these bugs can do to a wound. not pretty.

The world has gone bloody mad!! Breast augmentation!!! It seems that it has just become commonplace for people to let their tits be cut and mangled and great bags of damn silicone stuffed in there, and stitch the whole mess up..

It is not like getting a manuicure or a new hairstyle..This is major surgery with major risks and potential side effects (including death!)..There are many horribly disfigured people as walking evidence of how potentially dangerous these procedures are.........

And there is no reason for it!! You have perfect tits! Don't mess with your tits...work on your outlook and attitude..
