Wow, that sounds lovely! What is the average temperature there? How are the summers and winters? Extreme or mild? I'm actually thinking about finding a new place to live after I graduate college this year. I don't want to stay in Iowa, I DO want to live somewhat close to the water and mountains sound nice.
