You have not mentioned a husband or SO, so I am assuming that input from that corner is not available. Your boobs and body, just like they are, got you where you are today, including nourishing your children. If having children has caused your formerly acceptable boobs to become unacceptable in some way, then that is a valid reason for having some work done in that department. However, If you have felt bad about your boobs since before marriage (you ARE/WERE married?) and before children, AND your are otherwise happy with your body then it might be an even better reason for pursuing plastic surgery.

Unless you are in the sex or film industries, breast enlargement should be at the very bottom of your list of things you need. Too many women who have had their breasts enlarged now look like a freak of nature. Frankly, as a guy, big boobs will certainly catch my eye, but they are only the initial attractant. An attractive, warm and honest demeanor is far more important in the long run. You don't have to be enormous to be beautiful.

I think that plastic surgery to enhance what you already have is the only way to go. Just remember, you will still be you after plastic surgery. Only your boobs will be fixed, not the person attached to them. If you are unhappy now, you need to make sure that you understand what is underlying your unhappiness and fix that first.

Now that I am 30 and have had my 2 children (2 is enough for me!)

I now want to look after myself and also look good, so in my moments away from the kids I am going to the gym, walking etc, but I think there is still work to be done.
One thing I cant do is make my boobs any bigger, so the big question is - should I get implants?
I want your opinion because it would be a big decision!

I think you're making a very good decision to take care of yourself. You look good for having two children. 1st - please do not think you need implants. I love the size, shape and visual effect of your breasts. They are beautiful. Stay with the gym workout and keep up with your diet. I work out everyday and can tell you're really making progress on optimum bodyfat to where definition will take place. Well done and best wishes. Thanks for posting.

Definitely not. A lot of men like smaller-breasted women.

And one thing I've noticed about women and their breasts - if they are naturally small, they wish they had bigger; if they are naturally bigger-busted, they wish they had smaller. Very few women fit into that "just right" category with their breasts (in their own minds), but most guys aren't nearly as picky about the breasts of their woman as the woman is herself.

You say you go to the gym and walk a lot. You clearly want to stay in shape and for that I also applaud you. My wife (40) and mother of two is in phenomenal shape. Works out like a demon, always has, but her breasts have lost a lot of shape and firmness from nursing. She is on the fence about implants. I told her I am in the "no" camp but that I would support her decision either way. She does not want bigger... just firmer.
