Joach realized he was free. He tried to stand up, and fell back to the chair.
Almost...
He looked over at the assasin, still cowering on the ground. He didn't look like an assassin... but he did look familiar, where did he see that guy before.
"Hey... hey you, could you untie me please?"
The man shook his head, obviously coming out of some sort of dream, and looked at him. There was something in his eyes, fear or recognition. The man stood up, and shot out of the door.
Suddenly it hit him, "YOU BASTARD!!!!"
HE screamed into the empty room. That was the asshole who killed his teacher. He couldn't believe it. He was going to...
Joach tried to rise again, but couldn't. Those damn straps. He needed to get out.
A sudden feeling of warmth krept into him. She hadn't done anything to him, she was close, but nothing had happened.
Something deep within him stirred, he did want something to happen. He wanted her, he wanted her...
Joach shook his head fiercely, "Get a grip, we need to leave."
He tried struggling, but realized he had done that too many times before. He looked down, one of the assasin's knives was right by his foot. If only he could...
He reached, but it was no use, his hands were tied in the back, and the knife was in the front.
He looked at it, "Concentrate."
He put the image of a knife in his mind. He felt someting forming in his hand. Yes... it was, it was...
"Ribbit."
Joach cursed himself. He was about to throw the damn frog when an idea came to him. He quickly started rubbing the frog all over his hands, and as much of his wrists as he could. He dropped the frog and then pulled with all his might.
His hands slipped out. He cheered, and went to work on the other restraints. Soon, he was out. Joach grabbed the knife, and went for the door. He had to escape, but he also had to kill that assasin.
Joach looked down at the window. There they were, the family fuck fest, still closely together. He could easily run away...
He looked at the girl, she was fighting for her life.
Joach ran down, he didn't know how or why, but he had to help her. She didn't deserve this any more than he did.
