Fishnet stockings......a symbol of sexiness.

I had the opportunity to wear them recently......first time
in many years, w/knee high leather boots (a first for me), black velour miniskirt, and a dark-rose colored velour top.

My experience wearing fishnets: going commando.....no
undies......they don't look right under them, in my opinion.

"Commando" is the only way to go. In fact if you are wearing fishnets with no intention of sex, you probably ought to make another fashion choice.

My experience is that when guys see fishnets, they think of SEX immediately. Which is okay, with me. It's what I have in mind when I wear them.

One of my favorite outfits for "cruising" is a grey sparkle see-through blouse (no bra), a black leather micro mini (no panties), red or black fishnets (red is even mor SLUTTY!!!), knee-high dancer's boots (and I don't mean the dancing you do at recitials!).

That outfit will almost assure me of an "escort" home. I can't remember it ever failing.

It might be something cultural, but to my mind when you ask about fishnet stockings, you are not asking about fishnet panyhose, but stockings........ The things that end at your thigh, and may or may not be held up by a belt.......

These are very erotic.......

Panthose, regardless of what you wear under them are to me, always much less erotic........I can have sex with my lady whilst she is in her stockings and heels and looking perfect, I don't need to remove them, or pull them down and spoil the whole visual.....

Just my opinion, but if the person you are wearing them for is likely to know what you have on under them, then wear fishnet stockings instead.........

I have to agree with Oz, stockings (thigh-highs or gater belt-held) are ALWAYS sexier than panthyhose of any sort, even crotchless fishnet ones

I've worn them before, back in my semi-goth days, but only to go out to clubs or doing certain other stuff. Black leather boots, and black (not leather can't remember the material, but almost like it) sleeveless low, neck one piece knee length skirt. Naturally raven black, straight, long hair and a somewhat pale complexion helped it alittle.

I enjoyed it, altough I haven't done anything like that in a couple of years. Enjoyed the looks from the guys too, since it wasn't really my normal day to day look.

Fishnets for every occassion!

There are so many different kind of fishnets out there, you really could wear them almost anywhere.

I like the ones with small netting in navy, cream, brown, wine, even nude! They look demure enough for everyday wear (as a grad student, I've worn them to class), but you still get a naughty thrill wearing them (as does your more lacivious fellow worker / student / professor...heehee).

I agree that stockings are a hell of a lot sexier to wear than pantyhose (and better for you anyway - wearing pantyhose too often can cause nasty infections...ew). Every woman should invest in a sexy, yet comfortable garter belt in a basic color - then you can wear an endless array of stockings (fishnets or otherwise) with them.

And forget the underwear with these things! Once your SO sees you in this sexy get up, there won't be time to figure out how to remove them! I've always found that wearing underwear (even thongs) over the garter looks funny, but maybe I'm just doing it wrong (or hate wearing more clothes than I need too...).
