It was cold. It was raining. Perfect night for car accidents. Samantha and her partner James had already been to four of them. She hoped it would be a bit calmer the later it got. The redhead sat in the driver’s seat of the rig, leaning against the door with her arms crossed, head against the window. Her blue eyes were closed and she was drifting along that threshold between consciousness and slumber. That was until she was jolted by the radio buzzing and dispatch informing them of a traffic collision on the freeway. Two cars, two drivers. Police and fire were on scene.

The ambulance pulled up within just a few minutes to the scene where two fire trucks and another ambulance and a couple cop cars were all staged - the fire trucks to block the closest lane of traffic to help protect the scene, the ambulance was pulled in front for easier load up of a patient, and the cops... Well, they were doing what they needed to do. A blue Honda Civic was sitting with the front crumpled inward, and a red Ford Focus that had extensive damage to the driver’s side, and obviously encroached upon the passenger space in the car. Sam and her partner exited the large vehicle and got the gurney ready as well as other medical supplies that could be needed. Fire informed them that the Civic had spun out, slamming into the Focus and both cars hit the sound wall. The driver of the Focus was being taken care of another ambulance crew that was already on scene just before them. Fire crew members were using the Jaws of Life to remove the roof of the car to get her extricated.

Sam and her partner went to the driver of the Honda, who was sitting against the sound wall with another fire fighter. He was bleeding from the head and holding his arm which had some obvious deformities. “Let’s get him out of the rain,” she suggested to her partner, though she mainly did it because she didn’t want to be completely soaked for the last two hours of their shift. Once in the rig, James began assessing the patient while she talked with the fire fighter to get the information that he had gathered before they got there. Sam then began some of the vitals on the patient while her partner talked to him. She could smell alcohol on him.

Jake Travers stood in the rain, his 6'2" frame covered by his rain coat as drops splashed off of his cap. He stared down at his notebook for a moment wondering what to write. At 38 years of age, Jake had been a Police officer for fifteen of those, had seen just about everything, and yet some days, some nights, the sight of broken bodies or what one human could do to another hit him harder than normal. Tonight he and another cop had been called to the scene of this accident, a driver traveling to fast in conditions so bad even careful drivers were having problems. Some people never learnt their lesson, he considered, until class was called in a painful fashion. Unfortunately when that happened an innocent was normally involved to. Flashing lights got his attention and he glanced up to see another ambulance come to a stop nearby and its crew jump out and get to work.

Rubbing at his forehead where a headache was starting to form he remembered the argument he had recently had with his ex-wife just an hour ago. Once again she complaining about the money he sent her, how it wasn't enough, how their kid deserved more. God she really grated on his nerves and he wondered how they had survived eight years of marriage without killing each other. His daughter was the only thing he had from that time to cling onto, and he didn't get to see her as much as he wished. Right now he knew his temper was being held in check by a thin strand of will power, but he was a cop, he had to be professional. He walked over to the back of the ambulance finally getting a good look at the two crew onboard. he recognised Sam, or Samantha he supposed he should call her. They weren't on intimate terms afterall, despite Jake admitting to himself that he wouldn't mind being that way with her. She was beautiful and usually always had a smile for him, but they only ever met in situations like this, not the best time to ask someone out he had always thought. With a sigh he stepped out of the dark and into the light spilling from the back of the ambulance.

"Hey guys." He said in greeting to Sam and her partner. "I need to speak to your patient here if you don't mind."

The patient was being difficult, not answering any of James' questions, and it was obviously intentional on the patient's part. "Kyle, look at me," she directed him. "The more you tell us now, the less you'll have to tell the doctor at the hospital. We're asking you these questions to make sure you're alright." Even though she said that, she knew better. The doctors and nurses at the hospital always repeated the same questions to the patients no matter how thorough a handoff report was.

"Yeah, but... I don't remember..." he slurred and stuttered.

She didn't have the patience to deal with him. She placed a dressing on a cut that was across his forehead, and wrapped a bandage around his head. Usually, with trauma to the head and being in a car accident like he was, they would have backboarded him. However, the patient denied any pain in his neck or back and specifically said he didn't want to be strapped down. Luckily, they were in one of the first few counties of the state that actually lifted the C-Spine requirements and left it up to the EMT and Paramedic's discretion. It also helped that there were numerous studies coming out about how putting a C-Spine collar on patients and then strapping them down to a backboard actually tended to cause more damage than good.

Sam was prepping an IV bag for James when Jake appeared at the back of the rig. She knew it. It's not that she didn't like the police. It was just that whenever they had to be involved, they made the whole process of caring for and transferring a patient a lot longer, sometimes longer than what they could afford. She never understood why they couldn't just wait till the patient was at the hospital, it's not like they could call for another officer to show up and stand as security to make sure they didn't leave. She glanced up at him for no more than a few seconds as she was concentrating on the IV bag, puncturing it with the sharp plastic tip of the IV line. "Yeah, just give us a minute," she said.

She recognized him. Jake Travers. One of the few cops she actually had no problems with at all. And it didn't hurt that he was pretty easy on the eyes as well. But, her patience was growing thin, especially when the patient began freaking out seeing the cop, and she really just didn't want to deal with it. "Kyle, calm down, you're coming with us tonight, not him." She knew Kyle was going to be arrested, but still would go to the hospital to have his head checked out and probably have surgery for his broken arm, which was now splinted.

Jake waited patiently as he watched Sam work. The wind changed suddenly, gusting cold rain into his face and sending trickles down inside his coat. Glancing around, frustration starting to build, he finally leaned foward into the ambulance.

"Any chance we could move this along a little, guys. I have to get this report done before I go off duty tonight."

He looked at the injured guy with no sympathy in his eyes. This man had put another human being into the hospital and in way worse shape than he was. How was it that the people who caused these accidents always seemed to get off the lightest.

"Hey, Kyle, you at home, pal? I need to ask you some questions? Like why the hell were you traveling so fast in this kind of weather? Looking at the tyre marks you left when breaking you must have been going at least 70, maybe more. You in a hurry to get somewhere?" His tone showed his growing impatience, his face mirroring it as he stared daggers at the injured man sitting in the dry and warm ambulance.

Was he really doing this? "Officer Tavers, we'd appreciate it if you didn't badger out patient," she said quite tartly. She stood from where she sat on the bench seat and and moved towards the doors. She looked him square in the eye. "We understand you have things to do, probably a wife to get home to. However, there are certain things we must do per our protocol. You'll have plenty of time to ask all these questions later."

"No jail. No jail!" the patient bargain chanting loudly. "Can't go jail!" Thankfully, due to the drugs that James had administered just made him more groggy and weak so any kind of fight he was putting up wasn't that much. That, and they had put restraints on him as well.

"Kyle, you're not going to jail, you're coming with us to the hospital." Again, she lied. Sort of. He was going to go to jail, but not before going to the hospital first. But he didn't need to know that yet.

"I'm not badgering anyone, Miss." Jake said in his most restrained professional tone, trying not to let his frustration show in his eyes as he looked at her. "But this man has to answer some questions right now. I have a job to do and that woman's family ..." He pointed at the stretcher now bearing the unconscious driver of the other car. "Need answers and so do I!"

He sighed, rubbed at his brow feeling the cold wetness of the rain water on his skin, the headache now blooming to full force behind his eyes.

"Look, please, Samantha, this will only take a minute. I've had a crappy day, my ex won't leave me alone with her complaints and I just want to get this done and clock out. is that to much to ask?" He pleaded.

If she didn't play ball he would have to head to the hospital to get his answers. That would mean overtime and he knew he would be unlikely to get paid for it. It was already late and the storm didn't show signs of letting up, he just wanted to go home. But he would be damned if he would back down to another woman today.

She rubbed her nose on the sleeve of her work shirt, trying to get an itch, and didn't want to touch her face with her dirty glove. "I understand that. But, that's no reason to take your frustration out on us just because we're just trying to do our jobs. Do you think our day has been full of sunshine, rainbows, and unicorns?" She took no sympathy on him for saying he was having a bad day. Though different professions, anyone who decided to become an emergency medical professional, fire fighter, or police officer would be and should be well aware of the fact that their jobs were long, difficult, and often times thankless and unrewarding.

She looked back at the patient who was obviously starting to deteriorate... But maybe was still together enough to answer whatever questions the cop needed answered to get him to back off. "Will you get out of our hair if we give you three minutes? No yelling or badgering him or working him up. If he gets worse, you're done and we're leaving. Understand?" She had no problem asserting her own authority. Just because he was the law didn't mean he got to boss her around.

"Fine." Jake agreed to her demands as he climbed up beside the nervous Kyle.

However a few minutes later it was obvious to the police officer he wasn't going to get anything out of the man just now. After being given a pain killer, his already shot nerves and his fear if going to prison Kyle couldn't string one coherent sentence together. Angry and frustrated Jake jumped down and turned to Sam.

"Thanks for nothing. I'll have to follow you to the hospital and hope he is more awake and lucid there. With the drugs you've given him he might as well be unconscious. See you later." With that he turned and stalked off into the dark and the rain to find his police cruiser.

Once inside and out of the rain he lent back and closed his eyes. he should have asked for some aspirin he thought as the headache throbbed in his eyes. He watched Sam's ambulance leave the scene of the accident and started his car, falling in behind the vehicle so he could follow it to the hospital. No doubt he would have to wait for Kyle to be seen by a doctor before attempting to question him again, but that might give him time to have it out with Sam. he was fed up with her attitude toward him, he was just trying to do his job, serve those who needed answers for the injuries against their loved ones and all she could do was defend the man who caused those injuries. he'd had it with women who thought themselves better than him and when he saw Samantha again he would make sure she realised he wasn't going to take it any more.

"The drugs I've given him? Jake, I expected more of you. We have to treat all our patients the same, no matter who they are or what they've done. And it's not just the drugs, he probably has a concussion. That causes alterations in mental status as well." She massaged her temples, feeling the tension from clenching her jaw. "I guess you're no different than all the other cops. You did get in the wrong line, after all," she mentioned the old and ongoing joke that was shared among EMS providers. The joke was that the difference between cops and EMTs and Paramedics was that the people got in the wrong line for classes and become police officers on accident. It was lame,, but no one seemed to have come up with a better one.

Sam walked around to the front of the rig and climbed into the front seat. Jake left a sour taste in her mouth, and she had a suspicion that their last little exchange wasn't going to be last for the night. She called the receiving hospital to let them know they were en route to their location, as well as giving them basic information about the patient such as his age, physical findings, vital signs, medications they had given him, etc. Pulling out on the highway, she drove to their destination, James was working on calming down the excited patient in the back. She mentally thanked the forces that be that she wasn't goin to be the one writing up the patient care report. She was just trying to do her own job. They had protocol to follow, just as the police did.

They arrived at the hospital and wheeled the gurney into the ER. James explained who their patient was, what was going on, what mess they had given, basically repeating the call Samantha had made over the radio. He also explained that the police were also coming in to question the patient and that they would be asking for blood and urine samples. Same helped the nurses transfer Kyle to the bed and restrain him with the hospital restraints.

Once she was no longer needed, she left the room and went back to the ambulance to clean up the mess in the back. Wrappers scattered the floor from when they opened up medical supplies, and the floor was wet and muddy from their boots. And Officer Travers. "Fucking pig," she mumbled under her breath. Being in her frustrated and annoyed state, she half considered reporting him for harassment and verbal assault.

The police cruiser pulled into a space in front of the hospital alotted for emergency vehicles, but used by the Police occasionally and with the hospital managements ok, although it tended to tick of the EMT's when they drove their ambulances in. Jake got out, back into the rain, and ran to the entrance. He spotted Samantha working in the back of her vehicle, but ignored the bitch and ran inside and out of the weather. Sighing and pulling his hood down to shake some of the water off it, Jakes walked up to reception.

"Hi, I'm Officer Travers? I need to speak to a patient who's just been dropped off. Um, a Kyle something." He stated to the woman behind the desk who looked as frazzled as he felt with telephones ringing all around her. She lifted a finger in indication he'd need to wait a moment as she answered one.

"That patient you want is still being checked out, Officer. You'll need to wait until he is cleared by a Doctor." The woman, who's name badge said Emily, told him.

"Look, I've already been delayed by the EMT's who dealt with him at the scene. I need to get this report filed sometime tonight. Is there anyway you could rush that along a little?" He begged with his best smile.

Unfortunately his slander of an EMT crew only helped shoot his cause down. Emily, in a show of solidarity to her fellow hospital co-workers, bristled and scowled at Jake.

"I'm sorry, Officer, there's nothing I can do. You'll just have to cool your heels until we're done with him."

With a growl of restrained anger, Jake spun and walked back outside. He sheltered under the entrance to the building trying to take deep breaths to calm himself, but then he noticed Sam again, still tidying up her ambulance. He might not be able to take out his frustration on the receptionist or Kyle, but he damn sure could on Samantha. He stalked over to the vehicle, coming up close behind the female EMT as she concertrated on her work, the rain covering the noise of his footsteps. He reached out and spun her around.

"What the hell do you think you were doing back there?" He growled pointing at her. "You could of helped me out back at the accident, instead you closed me down and now the damn hospital won't let me see the guy until they are finished with him, however long thats going to be." He was mad, his eyes flashing as he spoke, his tone angry. "You couldn't have cut me some slack?"

He was in her face, his body almost pressed up against her. He could feel her warmth, and he was looking right into her eyes. She had such beautiful eyes he thought even as he wanted to kill her.

Samantha was closing the back doors of the ambulance when he spun her around. She nearly punched him in the face as a reaction of self defense, before realizing who it was. Assaulting an officer was not the first thing she wanted to put onto her non-existent rap sheet.

"What the hell do you think you were doing back there? You could of helped me out back at the accident, instead you closed me down and now the damn hospital won't let me see the guy until they are finished with him, however long thats going to be. You couldn't have cut me some slack?" He pointed, growled, and yelled at her. He was inches from her face, their bodies almost touching. Way too close for comfort. Maybe she should have socked him in the jaw.

She put her hands on his chest and gave one push, putting him at arms length. "Get the FUCK out of my face!" she exclaimed at him. "I tried cutting you slack, I gave you a few minutes. Our patient wasn't in the best of condition to begin with, don't blame me!" She dropped her hands and crossed her arms over her chest. "You got into this career, you weren't forced into it. You knew when you signed up, the hours would be long, often times longer than your intended shift. Lord knows that how our hours worked."

The redhead looked him up and down, leaning against the back of the ambulance. She was tired and ready to get away from this cop. "But, someone likes to think their authority gives them the power to boss other emergency service providers around to get what they want. News flash, you can't. The patient and their condition is our priority, not your stupid questions."

"Oh, so what, your saying you never have a bad day at work?" Jake smirked. "I'm not allowed to have one because oh Miss perfect here says its not 'professional'? Maybe you need to get over yourself Sam before someone decides to put you in your place!"

He ran his eyes over her slight body. She really was quite hot, and even the EMT uniform couldn't hide that. He had considered asking her out a few times, but never had the guts to try. Besides he always assumed something was going on between her and her partner. Still that hadn't stopped him wondering what she would look like out of that uniform and with that long red hair of hers let down. Many a time she had appeared in his thoughts while he showered ... but he would never tell her that. And that just made this worse. He was royally pissed at her, but at the same time incredibly attracted to her. If she pushed him much further though he might just have to be the one to teach her her place. If she had just apologised, or at least not given him such a hard time, it would have been a lot easier to see her side of the argument, but right now all he wanted to do was pull her over his knee and spank her.

"I didn't say I never have a bad day!" Uncrossing her arms, she ran her hands over her face and her fingers through her hair. This guy just wouldn't listen to reason. Typical man. Convinced they're right, even when proven wrong. "I get yelled at, screamed at, spit on, pissed on, shit on, hit, put in dangerous situations. Don't talk to me like you're above me because you're not. We're all doing these jobs to help people. You obviously can't see that."

She gave him a look, the 'areyoukidding?' kind of look when he made his last comment. "Get over myself? Put me in my place?" She laughed. He was trying to intimidate her, threatening her. She stood from where she had been leaning against the rig and took a step towards him, once again putting their bodies so close to each other, face inches from his. "I'd like to see you try... Just because you are the law, doesn't mean you're better than the law."

For a moment he stood there silently, staring into her eyes. Even in the cold, wet night, even after a long shift, even shouting at him like he was below her, even with all that she could still stir his blood. But this time she had gone to far and he had had enough. With a speed that belied his size, Jake reached out and grabbed Sam in both arms. One hand over her mouth, the other around her body and yanked her behind the ambulance out of sight. A passing emergency vehicle with its siren wailing hid any noise she might have made, but she was fighting him. He grunted as he continued to pull her backward. The ambulance was parked with one side of it almost up against a wall of the building. It gave enough room for the driver to get out, but not much more. It was also dark and hidden, the only light filtering in from lights on the building and the streetlights on the road beyond. But to all intense and purposes they were alone.

He shoved her hard against the side of the ambulance. He knew James would not be back for a while, long enough at least for him to teach this bitch a lesson. He leaned in close now, one hand holding her left arm against the side of the vehicle, her right was trapped behind her. His other hand was around her throat. Not squeezing, but just holding her there with a promise that he could squeeze if she continued to fight back. He had been up against hardened criminals before, restraining Sam was not an issue for him. His mouth came down next to her ear.

"Above the law? Honey, on these streets the law is whatever I make it so I can survive and good people can go about their lives not having to worry about scum. Scum like good old Karl." His breath was warm on her wet skin, god she smelt amazing. "Now you need to learn that your place is not getting in my way. Your place is to do as your damn well told!" He hissed.

It seemed like he just stared at her, in her eyes for what seemed like several minutes. Then he moved, and she realized that she had said to much, pushed him too far. She tried to scream, but his hand was over her mouth before any noise could escape her. She tried fight, kicking. She was strong, but Jake was stronger. He pulled her between the ambulance and the wall, shoved her against the rig. Samantha winced, her arm starting hurt from the angle it was at, trapped between their bodies. His hand around her throat, she didn't dare scream, not until she figured out how to get away from him. There wasn't much space to maneuver if she managed to free herself from his grip...

For the first time in a long time she was actually scared. She'd dealt with combative patients, even gotten hit in the face. But those patients never scared her because she usually expected it from them. She didn't expect this from Jake, and it frightened her. However, mixed with that fear was excitement, arousal. Sam was always in charge of others, always telling them what to do, even forcing them. For once she was no long in control. And she kind of liked it. But, she wasn't sure which feeling was more overpowering, the fear or exhilaration.

She got goosebumps from his breath on her neck as he spoke into her ear. He made his point about needing survive, and protecting the good people could go about living their lives without worrying about riffraff. Her place was to not get in his way. She was supposed to do what she was told. She almost laughed again at that statement. She never did anything she didn't want to. But, Officer Travers had her at a severe disadvantage. She was scared and turned on, curious what he was going to do next.

She didn't respond to his words, but he thought he felt a change in her body, in her breathing. Did he hear her breath catch for a second? Were her eyes a little brighter as they stared up at him in fear and ... was that excitment? A small, almost feral smile curled his lip. Was Miss. High and mighty getting off on him being rough with her?

Jake and Sam had a pretty good working relationship, considering they only normally met when there were bodies or casualties on the ground. They had been friendly to each other and that was it, but Jake knew he carried an itch for her. With his workload and the fact he was split from his wife he hadn't had sex for ... hell, as long as he could remember. That probably wasn't healthy for a guy to go so long without, but he just didn't have the energy or inclination at the end of a shift to go out looking to pick some girl up. Now though, as he stood here pressing the EMT against her ambulance he felt a rise in his excitment, and a rise in other areas to.

With almost a growl his mouth slipped to her neck, kissing, biting lightly even as the hand holding her throat slipped down and around her slim waist, pulling her body against his hard. The other hand still held her wrist hard up against the cold metal of the vehicles body. His lips moved to her mouth, kissing hard now, not much passion yet, but with a lot of heat and a lot of need. Feeling the warmth of her body against his own only heightened his desire for her. How long had he thought of holding her, of doing things to her that would give them both pleasure, and now here he was in the rain and the cold taking what he wanted and not even considering her needs. And the most frightening thing was that right now he didn't care.

Did he just growl? His lips were on her neck, kissing feverishly, even biting. She had to concentrate hard not to moan at the sensation as his teeth grazed over at oh-so-sensitive spot on her neck. She felt the hand that had been gripping her throat slide down her body and pull her to him, the other still keeping her left arm up against the cold and wet metal of the ambulance. Her right arm was still trapped between their bodies.

The two had worked closely in the past, generally when car crashes ended in casualty and fatality, or when domestic abuse cause injury, and she helped transport either the injured to the ER, or the abuser to the nearest psychiatric center to be evaluated and heavily medicated on psychiatric medication. The redhead had flirted with the officer, though often kept herself in check due to her thinking that he was a happily married man. On occasion she maybe stood a bit closer to him or talked to him longer than she should have. It was all innocent flirting. At least, that's what she tried to convince herself. She had thoughts about him, dirty and naughty thoughts. She liked to think of his hands on her when her own roamed her body, his body laying on top of hers, taking her...

She shivered, cold rain trickling down the back of her neck from her now soaked hair. Jake took her mouth, kissing her hard. There was no passion, no lust. She almost didn't care. Almost. Despite having thought about him in the most intimate of ways, this was not how she wanted to be with him. She ripped her mouth from his. "Jake, stop," she pleaded with him, beginning to struggle against him, trying to get an arm free. "Please, don't do this."

She hadn't immediately stopped him or complained. He noticed that straight off, but now she wanted him to stop? Mixed signals to both him and her Jake considered. Had she thought of him occasionally when alone at home at night? Was that it? Had she got off to images of him? To much to ask probably that she would feel for him what he felt for her, but there was still that hesitation just now, interesting.

"You giving me orders again, Sam?" He asked in a husky tone, his lips an inch from hers as he easily held her to him, her struggles only succeeding at rubbing their bodies together which he didn't mind at all. "You're still not getting it are you. Tonight you do as I say, I'm in charge so you better get used to it."

He'd heard of the red haze that was supposed to blind you to your actions when angry and mad, he had even experienced it when dealing with thugs and criminals sometimes, but this was different. His head felt like it was under pressure from the inside, he could hear his heart beating faster, he felt hot all over. His earlier anger at her had changed, mutated into something different. Now he wanted to sate his lust and teach her a lesson all at the same time whether she wanted it or not. Rape? Yes, he supposed it was, and for a man who had ran his life on doing the right thing, on making sure he never crossed the line no matter what incentive he might have, tonight he had jumped into the abyss, driven to the edge and then just jumped. Sam had the bad fortune to simply be at the wrong place at the wrong time, although he hoped maybe somewhere in what was about to happen she might get a little enjoyment.

He kissed her hard again, forcing his body against hers and pushing her back so she was pressed between the hard metal of the ambulance and the hardness of his body. The hand that had been around her waist slipped between them, finding the zipper and button of her pants and working them open with frantic haste.

"I want you so bad!" He hissed as he come up for air. "I've wanted you for ages, and now I'm taking what I want!"

Another hard, passionate-less kiss. She was pushed against the rig again and she winced. Her arms hurt, she knew there would be bruising on her left wrist from where he held it above her head against the cold and wet metal. She still tried to fight him, but also fought with herself internally. She liked rough sex, really rough sex. He was doing all the right things to turn her on. But he wasn't doing this for that, which caused her arousal to falter. He was trying to teach her a lesson, put her in her place, belittle her. Maybe if he'd been more rational, she'd be open to this, more open to him.

She wiggle against his hand as he tried and succeeded in undoing her pants, trying with hope that maybe she'd smash a finger or two between the metal belt and buttons on her pants and the ambulance.

He wanted her. For ages. Now he was taking what he wanted, without asking. Stealing. He was no different at this moment than all of those criminals he put in jail and then into prison. A tear slid down her cheek, collecting the water droplets left from the rain as it traveled down her face. "Jake..." she whimpered, finally stopping with her fight against him. He easily weighed fifty pounds more than her, and was obviously much stronger. She couldn't win, it was a losing battle.

If he heard her whimper it didn't cut through the fog that surrounded his mind right now. He did notice her stop fighting and smiled to himself, although it came over as more of a snarl of satisfaction. Quickly he finished unfastening her uniform pants and yanked them and her panties down enough for him to slip a hand between her thighs. He kicked her legs apart, well as far aprt as they could go trapped in her pants and underwear. He rubbed a finger over her pussy lips and circled her clit as he stared into her face. The tear to him was simple rainwater, lost in the frantic scenery of what he was doing right now.

"Mmmm, you feel soft, Sam, so warm and soft. You ready for your lesson, bitch?" He asked in a husky whisper.

Seeing her lack of struggle as acceptance to his domination, Jake backed up a little, releasing her wrist and keeping his eyes on her in case she tried to do something stupid he reached down and unbukled his belt, letting the heavy equipment laden leather drop to the concrete with a thud, then he started unfastening the belt on his pants and unbuttoned and unzipped fast, reaching into his boxers he pulled out his already hard cock. It wasn't huge, he was no porn star, but his ex wife had always admitted it had been one of the things that had drawn her to him. It was about 7" when hard and thick and right now it was rock hard in his grasp. As he touched it a shiver ran through him, like exquisit electricity lighting up ever nerve ending. The cold of the night and the rain that dripped onto the warm flesh didn't dampen his need.

She closed her eyes and leaned her head against the ambulance. He kicked her legs apart just as he would have done with a criminal he were about to frisk. Her body twitched at the feeling of his fingers between her lips, manipulating her clit. Why did she have to be wet?

When he let go, she had half the mind to punch him, or try to run. But, there would be no use. With her pants around her ankles, she wouldn't really be able to run. Hitting him would just make him more angry, he'd hurt her more. He had a taser, and a gun. She had nothing. She stayed as still as a statue, still trying to figure her way out of this, but once again decided it was a losing battle. The redhead heard the utility belt fall to the ground, then the zipper and rustling of fabric. She opened her eyes for a moment, looking him over once. His dick was rock hard, and she noted his thickness. She swallowed, suddenly thankful she had weird kinks and this all had gotten her a little worked up and wet. She closed her eyes again and took a deep breath, waiting for her 'punishment', hoping maybe he would ease up... And then hoped he wouldn't.

For a moment Jake had assumed the wetness on his figner tips from caressing her pussy had been water from the incessant rain, but now he wasn't so sure. Was this getting her turned on a little? Was she enjoyin ghim using her to pleasure himself? Well, in that case lets see what she thinks of this he thought with an inward smile. He pushed the tip of his cock down and bent a little as he was taller than her. Position the head at her opening he pushed a little, feeling it start to open. At that point he stopped and grabbed her jaw, lifting her head so she had no choice but to look into his eyes. He smiled at her, and then thrust forward hard.

There was a split second of resistance as his thick cock penetrated her pussy, as it stretched around him, then he slid smoothly all the way in with one long powerful stroke. His breath exploded from him in a long sigh of soul searing satisfaction. God, she felt perfect around him, it had been so long since he felt this. His cock now fully imbedded inside her, Jake leaned in and kissed her hard again, this time his passion evident in the kiss, his tongue forcing its way into Sam's mouth. His hands slid down her body tracing every curve until they rested on her slim hips. There they gripped as he began to thrust in and out, first slowly, but quickly speeding up, his need overtaking his want to make this last.

Her eyes opened when he grabbed her face, forcing her to look at him. He smiled at her, but she just glared, hoping he could maybe feel the daggars shooting from her green eyes. She inhaled sharply when he first thrusted into her. That one powerful stroke sent shivers of pleasure through her body, and it took her by surprise. The kiss surprised her as well, she wasn't ready for his tongue to invade her mouth.

Sam tried to focus, tried to keep her breathing under control as best as she could. With each movement of his, his cock rubbed her in just the right spot. As his speed increased, her control began to falter, her breathing becoming a bit labored. She just wanted him to finish, she didn't want to enjoy this, and she surly didn't want him to know that she was.

Words were no longer necessary Jake figured and he was lost in his own private world of sheer pleasure anyway. Right now whether Sam was enjoying this or not didn't even enter into things. She was an object, something to use, something to allow him to release the pent up frustrations of months of sexless existance dealing with female figures of authority. He broke the kiss, coming up for air, his head next to Sam's, his heavy breathing loud in her ear. One of his hands drifted from her hip to her face, to her wet long red hair. He pulled it back hard as he felt his need to cum heighten. God, this was making him feel more alive than he had felt in years. He smiled at her gaze, seeing the daggers there, but knowing she could do nothing to stop him now. His other hand came up to allow his fingers to caress her smooth skin, tracing her jaw line, all the time he continued to pound into her making the vehicle they rested against sway slighly from the force of it. His finger tips now stroked down the front of her throat before he smiled and slowly moved them into a choking position and began to close his fingers around her windpipe. All the time watching her eyes, wanting to see what was happening in her soul. After all the eyes were windows to the soul, right?

Inside his body he could feel his cum boiling, rising, to soon he cried silently, to soon for release, make it last longer. But it had been so long with nothing but jerking off in the shower to images of this very woman. His body needed what it needed and no matter how much his mind wanted this moment to last forever it simply wasn't going to happen. So close, he clamped down trying to make it last just a few more seconds as he squeezed his fingers around Sam's slender throat.

She gasped as his fingers tangled in her hair, then pulled her head back. She gripped at his wrist, though didn't pull his hand away. Why bother? She was really starting to like this... Being taken advantage of, used, and in public to top it off!

Sam felt his hand go around her throat, slowly squeezing. She still glared at him, taking in short quick breaths while she still could, his grip tightening even more. Her body shook with every plunge of his hard cock into her hot, wet pussy. A small cry escaped her, but was it from pleasure, pain, fear of not being able to breathe? He'd never know. His grip tightened on her throat more, his other hand pulling at her hair again. Finally he was close, she wasn't sure how much more she could take before he either broke her, or she finally caved.
