So what do you do when someone hands you a gallon ziploc bag full of blackberries from their garden? Cobbler of course. I tried a new one - with pie crust pieces on top instead of biscuit. I tried a small bite and it's not bad, but I think I prefer the biscuit one. And my pie crust top got kind of lost in spots. Oh it's still tasty, to be sure... but this qualifies as "rustic". Just not as funny looking as my Rolling Hills Cake.
