Why is it that no matter how hard I work out, how little sleep I got the night before, no matter how tired I am on the drive home, that I CAN'T FALL ASLEEP before a decent hour!!!

Of course, this pretty much guarantees that I'll be dead tired at around 2 p.m. tomorrow.

Ugh.

At least with the bastard ex Keith, I was getting 7 hours of sleep a night!
