Your "look" denotes sensuality more than SEXuality. Ideas for you without full frontal nudity would be:

Heavy backlit so that your body remains in shadow compared to the sunlight. Added "steam" would be a quarter turn so that your curves, nipples, swell, would be accentuated without being "emphasized.

I like the button down shirt idea too. It is very sexy to see the shirt open a little and hinting at the softness underneath.

I also vote for Cibo for photographer. He's got a good eye for that sort of thing.
