Free Cell: Is Every Game Really Winnable?

Well, you should have explained that, you got me all exited.
I was thinking, 'Wow. A real one-word answer. I wonder what one powerful word she will pick from the thousands in the English language. What one would capture all the thoughts she had at that moment.'
See you got me all worked up..

Then you wrote 18 words.

How could you do that to me?

How can I say so much and mean so little?
Practice, practice, practice.

Freecell Addict Here!

I looooove Freecell!

At one point I did start at #1 and tried to go through them all. I'm not sure what happened that I stopped keeping track. I think I went through a phase where I didn't play it all the time and consequently lost the number I was at. I think I had at least gotten a couple hundred done (maybe 400 and something even?)

I know that it sometimes took 50 frustrating tries but eventually you can win the game.

I have had Freecell races on the phone, and via ICQ. :) Race to see who can complete the game the fastest. How corny is that?!

I usually play Free Cell at random, I also usually get my but kicked so I have no idea. I am so much better at solitare, that I usually win. As for Mine Sweeper I like to play the board as big as I can get it and do fairly well. Nothing makes me madder than working hard on a big one then blowing myself away when I have almost found them all.

Addicted? Maybe not ...

I may not be an addict but Freecell sure does happen on a lot of breaks during the day when I need to relax. There are some games I haven't won but 95%+ are winnable.

I like to see how many cards I can keep on the table before winning. My best is 48 at several different games.

Anyone win with more than 48 cards down?

Hey, Uncle Bill! It's good to see a few familiar folks on the BB whenever I get the chance to come here (which isn't that often).

Addicted to Free Cell? No, but every chance I get, I play... over the last three years, I couldn't begin to count the number of times I've played, and for about the past year, I haven't lost a game yet. Never tried them in order, just randomly... but now that you've given me the idea...

what a great site

There's me thinking I was the only person addicted to freecell and minesweeper. I've only been registered a day, and already I feel better about myself.:)

For minx, my best time on expert is 146 which I think is pretty fast, but then again I haven't got anything to compare it to either. There was a time when I was well chuffed at breaking the 300 mark though, so at least I know I've improved.:)

When I first started playing it was a challage just to get finished before the time ran out. The clock goes to 999, trust me, I know! My fastest time on expert is 140, I don't think I can do any better than that.

My #3 daughter, has an expert time of 154 sec, loged on to this 'puter. She says that the mouse here is slow and clumsy, and has a much better time on her lap top, but I don't know what it is.

My game is Jezz Ball where my current score is 408,122 pts. I suck at minsweeper, and so far I have found a way to beat every freecell game that I 've played, but most of my game time is spent at jezz ball.
