1. On the upper left of the screen is a hot link to "User CP". Click on that link
   
2. Next page: upper left is the "Control Panel" section. Under "Control Panel" is "Settings and Options". Under "Settings and Options" is "Edit Avatar". Click on "Edit Avatar"
   
3. Make sure the "Use custom avatar" balloon is highlighted
   
4. Press "browse" and double click on the one you wish to use or enter the URL for one of your previously posted pix (if hosted on-line)
   
5. "Save changes"
