-the had a nice mix of old and new happening, songs from the last two albums and the first, quite awesome. Naturally I found it necessary to scream every song along, but it's okay cause my voice is back now.

Holy crap, Phreak! Your new AV is really beautiful. I think I'd forgotten just how lovely you really are.
BTW, I used to rehearse in a space that shared a wall with a speed-death-metal band. We had a couch in our small space and, if I arrived early, would lay there with ear plugs, and let their music vibrate my music from head to toe. It was quite nice, actually. I didn't like the style of singing, though, but the band had monster chops.
