The way I see it, the organizers (i.e. the men) should get the lions share since we are setting it all up. This is the way the negotiations work before the show. Of course, once the process starts and we get into the interviewing process, the dress rehearsals, the undressed reheasals, etc. I suspect our negotiating position will change! :p
