Hum, I'm not sure about that. What I am sure of is that sit ups don't do much for the abs.

Elliptical trainers, biking, dancing, fast walking and many other things are great for aerobic exercise if that's what you meant. Aerobic exercise is important for the entire body and on the off days a good thing to help with abs as well.

One got partially torn out and it wasnt going to heal right if I left it in. So I decided to take them out rather than have a deformed nipple!
