Gay woman targets the girl next door

I have been toying with the idea of a relationship starting between two very different women. They are not the types one would consider ever getting together. One is younger ( late 20s) and athletic more interested in enjoying life than being a “success”. The second woman is in her 40s and a successful executive. Would love to find some to help me with the older woman, especially the dialogue
