okay i'm stumped on something for work here, was wondering if ya'll could help me out.

i need to view SVD files and every link i find for a viewer is invalid. i can't find the browser plug-in for it either. anyone familiar w/ these files and how i can view them? (damn military jobs, they go out of their way to make shit difficult)

okay, here's the scoop. i do commercial estimating and bidding as a subcontractor. the blueprints/drawings for this military job is in svd format.

and yes i am suspecting it's a cadd program.
i went to filext.com and when i search it, i get results for vcd, but can't seem to file a download that i can use.
