Erika Smith hated algebra class. She dreaded going each day. She was a bit of a nerd and her classmates never failed to remind her of that. While they were off drinking, partying and having sex, she was at home usually reading or surfing the net. She hadn't had a boyfriend in a few months now. Her ex boyfriend, Richard, hooked up with some slutty cheerleader who put out for the entire school basically. It was the end of the day and she couldn't wait to get home and away from school. She had a few friends but most of them were part of the popular crowd. There were only three weeks left of school until summer break and she couldn't wait. Erika sat in the back of the classroom, usually keeping to herself.
She sighed as her teacher was passing out their most recent exams. 59 was written in red magic marker on the top of her test. "Fuck." She thought to herself. She needed to pull at least an 80 on that exam or she would be repeating the class during summer school. She heard the bell ring and sighed again, knowing she had to talk to her teacher. She wore a brown skirt, a pink blouse and a pair of flip flops. Her brown hair rested on her shoulder and her black glasses rested on the rim of her nose. Once everyone left, she approached her teacher's desk.
"Excuse me...do you think we could talk for a minute?" She asked as she leaned up against one of the desks in the classroom.
