Toxic

It took a while, but Doc did stop by to see Toxic.

“What did you want to talk about?” He asked looking at her with some concern. The blonde was clearly upset.

“I disobeyed Duke’s order not to kill those guards.” Toxic said with regret.

“Why did you do that?” Doc asked calmly

“Because his logic was flawed. He said the first team could handle it. But you could not see what I was seeing. He said I too far away, but that was within my range as I demonstrated by killing all of them. And the one that really bothered me… he said Lady Jaye “knew” the risk… like that made it ok for her to die.” Toxic explained.

“Sounds like you did the right thing” Doc agreed.

“Duke gave me a direct order not to shoot. He will never trust me again!” Toxic said as tears came down her face. “Trust is critical to a fighting unit. You know that. He will kick me off this team.”

Doc sat down on the bed next to Toxic and put his arm around her shoulder. “The person making the mistake is Duke, not you. I trust you even more, now that you told me this story. I can trust you to do the right thing regardless of the consequences.” Doc said.

He smiled at Toxic “I’m a pacifist… I have disobeyed a few orders in my past. I’m still on the team. That is because commanders can trust me. You might need to talk to Duke, to get him to understand, but he will come around. He has a long history of disobeying orders as well.” Doc explained.

Toxic felt better as Doc reassured her. The moment was perfect for a kiss, and Doc knew it. The two kissed. The passion grew in both of them. Toxic unbuttoned Doc’s shirt and pulled it off. That was when they both heard Kidd’s voice "There's shit going down!"

Doc grabbed his shirt and hurried out the door. Toxic took a bit longer, grabbing her rifle, hand gun and combat knife. She was the last one in the vehicle.

When they arrived at the intersection, they could not believe what they saw. Crazy people that had super human strength! They could leap high into the air. They watched as the police put 6 bullets into one of them with no affect.

“They can’t be killed!” Lady Jaye gasped.

“These are the drugged people, I was told about and reported!” Doc said. The super human crazy people hit the police blockage and killed three officers in a few seconds. Then they headed toward Duke’s team!

“They are coming straight for us!” Lady Jane yelled.

“Ok time to use bigger guns!” Toxic suggested and jumped out of the vehicle. Everyone got out of the vehicle and spread out to defend their position.

Toxic placed her 50 cal barrett sniper rifle on the hood of a car getting ready to fire, but the things were moving too fast. One was in her face, before she could fire.

“KILL EVERYONE!!!” The thing yelled from its forming mouth.

“FUCKKK YOUUUU” Toxic screamed in rage as she rushed towards the thing! She was not scared of this creature; she had fought many people before of greater size and strength than herself. It was a matter of fighting defensively while you probed your opponent to discover their weakness.

She tried a simple attack of tackling the creature, then stab it with her combat knife. She was trying to end the battle in a single move. But the creature blocked her with his amazing strength as she tumbled into the street.

“KILL” The creature sneered at her, leaping into the air. It was trying land on her. Toxic reacted quickly, rolling out of the way.

"CRAP” She said as the thing just missed her. She did a surprise move, and kicked out with her right leg. She aimed to crush the Thing’s knee, but the creature jumped up again howling like a monkey. She missed.

It gave Toxic however, a moment to get back on her feet as the creature landed and attacked her. She was able to block the blows aimed at her head, but not without being bounced around like she was a rag doll.

She needed to change tactics and quickly. She attacked, punching the thing in the face with two fast jabs. The creature recognized her surprise move and blocked her third punch.

Then with Toxic off balance, the creature brought his left fist around toward her head. She ducked at the last possible moment, but it was not fast enough. The creature’s punch glanced off her head but send her sprawling to the ground on to her back.

The creature laughed and said “KILL!!” The creature grabbed her from the front of her shirt and pulled her up to her feet. It was getting ready to tear her into two pieces.

Toxic reached for her combat knife and she just managed to slammed the blade into the creature’s jaw and into its brain. That would have killed a normal person but not this thing. It howled and punched Toxic away. She flew 10 feet before hitting the ground. Her knife still in the thing’s jaw.

Now what was she going to do?

"Toxic!" I cried watching her sail and skid across the asphalt. Scarlett and I put five shots each into that one creature and he just ignored it. Doc was dragging two wounded officers towards the back of the van to tend to their wounds.

"Kill them! KILL THEM ALL!" howled that one creature as it ripped the blade from its jaw, blood flowed freely down its chest and legs. He was frothing at the mouth like a rabid animal, its eyes blood red. "EEEAYYAAAHHHHH" screaming as it charged rather clumsily yet rapidly at the prone Toxic.

"Hey, ugly!" I called out, trying to get its attention. No dice. It was hellbent on getting Toxic. My carbine went dry. My pistol was useless. If blades and bullets didn't work, what would? I wanted to take the van and use it as a battering ram, crush these creatures under the wheels of a couple tons worth of steel. Couldn't, though. Doc was using it to tend to the wounded. That's when I got it, if we can't shoot, we can't stab, we can't ram, then we have to blow them up! That would be a hazardous to implement given we were in a city with many civilians still around us, most fleeing for their lives and others already down because they couldn't run fast enough.

The creature's was charging, running perpendicular to me. Putting down my carbine, I jumped over the hood of a cruiser and took to running at it all the while pulling from my belt a MKII Pineapple grenade. This was the only way. The plan in my mind was, somehow fit this grenade into his pants or his shirt, something to keep it contained, pull the pin and let chemistry do the rest. If it went off in its pants, then it might just blow of its legs. At least it would stop being a threat. If it got the chest, then it would hopefully kill it by obliterating the heart.

I was only going to get one shot at this. If I wasn't fast enough, or I was wrong about this, then Toxic and I would be grounded into a fine pulp by this creature I ran and ran as hard as I could, legs pumping, muscles tightening. It was humid and sweat was rolling off my face as my eyes locked onto the creature. "HEY, YOU!" bellow as hard as my lungs could. The creature was almost on top of Toxic, just a few feet short, its long arms reaching for her. "COME HERE!" slamming my weight and velocity into it.

The bulky creature was knocked back just barely. Myself, I was knocked back from the impact. Without missing a beat the creature started swiping with its hands. Ducking underneath then jumping back, it missed both times. Looking at its knees, the creature lowered itself to lung forward. Perfect. I pulled the pin on the grenade and when it lunged forward, I went at it. Our bodies collided and in one swift motion I shoved the grenade into the hole created by Toxic's blade and pulled the pin.

"Swallow this!" The spool flung away, the hammer hit the fuse and began the timer. The creature perhaps understood what was happening, its bloody hands pawed away fruitlessly at the grenade wedged into its mouth. "REEEEEEE" it screamed. I ran backwards and in five seconds that grenade went off in a flash of yellow flame and black smoke with the spray of bone and brains that went in every direction. "Ah, Christ!" I yelled, ears ringing and clothes and flesh covered in dense red. None of its fragments got me or Toxic, though. That was the good part as was the stump of a creature falling forward, its heart still pumping and with each beat it would spray a dense red spurt of blood from the remains of the neck.

This one was dead. Another came out of somewhere and hit me to the ground. Scarlett came forward and followed my example. Her form was more indicative to Toxic. She used martial-arts with kicks to both knees that brought it down to its knees with a heavy hit to the head with her rifle-stock before shoving a grenade into its agape mouth, breaking several teeth in the process. When it blew, like the first, it sprayed us with brains and bone.

"I just showered, too" Scarlett chuckled as she looked at me with a smile. Smiling back our attention then shifted to Toxic who was laying still. "Toxic? Doc!" The black doctor came running. He checked for a pulse. "She's alive" he said, "Probably a concussion."

Toxic and Doc

Doc helped Toxic up on her feet.

“I’m ok. Stop fussing over me.” Toxic protested. Doc stopped holding her. Toxic remained standing on her own. Then she asked. “What the hell were those things?”

Other team members had gathered around Doc and Toxic.

“Those were people. But they have been wrapped by drugs. Max Diablos and his Crimson Vultures have figured out a way to make those super soldiers. Super strong and super hard to kill.” Doc explained.

“But they can be killed!” Toxic pointed out. “Break their bones, cut them up with edged weapons, large caliber guns and explosives will stop them.” She said “Also they did not seem very intelligent. Just crazy killing machines”

“I agree” Duke said as he joined them. “Totally worthless as soldiers. No discipline, can’t follow orders” He said as he looked directly at Toxic. “Kind of reminds me of some people on this team!”

Doc turned to Duke “That is not true!” He countered Duke’s statement. “These crazy killing machines blew through the front lines of disciplined police officers with easy. It took some highly trained personnel and unorthodox tactics from Toxic, Kidd, and Scarlett to stop them. Toxic, Kidd and Scarlett were not following orders! They were just doing what they believed was the right thing.” Doc said as he stared intensely into Duke eyes.

“These people have been trained by you.” Doc continued “And they are successful because of what they have learned serving under you! Be proud! Their victories are your victories too!”

Duke said nothing back for the moment. Doc's comments had made him think. He finally replied “What about their failures… like the attack on the mental hospital.”

Toxic reached into her pocket and pulled out a after action battle report. She handed it to Duke. Duke read it and started to smile, he almost started to laugh. Then he turned to Toxic.

“You wrote this report?” He asked her.

“Yes” Toxic replied.

“Great job…” Duke said “I really like how you changed our attack to a Reconnaissance-in-force (RIF) to probe an enemy's combat ability… I had not thought about that angle. RIF is exactly what we did. And we elicited a strong reaction by the enemy that more accurately revealed their strengths. Including these super soldiers!” Duke said.

“And RIF units must fall back and report. It is not a defeat or a retreat. It is part of the tactic” Toxic added. “When we get back to hotel you can sent that report. They might give you another medal. RIF which exposed the enemy’s defenses with no losses. WOW. Well done Duke.” Toxic said sincerely.

Doc went over to the decapitated body. Frowning his lips, he crouched over it and used a sterile vial to gather a sample of the blood for comparison back the hotel. Tucking the vial into his breast pocket, he quietly walked over and joined the others as they figured out what to do next. The other creatures that ravaged the streets were quickly hunted down by police and local military and dispatched using intense means. In one case they set one on fire with a flamethrower for good measure. It was the only way.

We watched them do this. It churned out stomach. Duke asked the police if they could get a ride back to our hotel as we were no longer needed. Scarlett, Jaye, and I crammed ourselves into one cruiser while Duke, Doc, and Toxic rode in the other.

"God" Jaye scoffed. "I need a shower. I smell like a damn garbage pit" taking off her cap and running her fingers through her matted hair. "I lost my Party Van. I got mortared and I got to meet the local insane monsters. That was quite a day, if I do say" with a thin smile on her lips. She turned her head to look at us, "What do you think? Take a shower or a bath?"

"A hot bath sounds really good right now" Scarlett smirked. "My muscles hurt" stretching her arms out. They were nicked and scuffed up from running around, falling, and our battles.

"Yeah. A bath or a shower?" Jaye continued to think out loud. "Can't really have two in those tubs. Not laying down, that is. Standing you could. But I don't want to stand for too long. I want to relax."

Sitting on the opposite side of the seat from Jaye, with Scarlett in the middle, I was curious about what she was alluding to. Scarlett knew right away. She leaned over, resting her head on my shoulder, "She's thinking about whether to have a shower or a bath with Duke" whispering into my ear. I scoffed and rolled my eyes. "Oh just let her have her fun. It's been a rough day on all of us. Duke may need a little bit of confidence put back into him."

When we returned to the hotel and rode the elevator to our floor, I went to my room, cleared my weapons and dropped my gear. Kicking off my boots I flopped onto my bed. I could hear the others talking outside. Duke said he was going to file his report to our superiors and Doc and Toxic said they were going to 'examine the samples'. Meaning they were going to spend some time together. Scarlett went to her room to do her own thing while Jaye waited in the hall for everyone to leave before gently knocking on Duke's door. She asked to come in and speak to our intrepid leader and he allowed her in.

Toxic and Doc

“Examine the samples… good one” Toxic said to Doc with a naughty smile on her face.

“No, really. I’m going to examine them.” Doc said with all seriousness. Toxic had a look of disappointment on her face.

“What can I do to help?” She asked.

“Do you know how to prepare slides for a microscope?” Doc asked.

“I was in the Navy Women Accepted for Volunteer Emergency Service (WAVES) program. I served on a hospital ship. Sure I can do that!” Toxic said in excitement.

“Great.. let’s get started.” Doc said.

Four hours later

Doc was busy with his research and did not need any more help from Toxic. So Toxic was on a new mission. She found and now drove up to the hotel in a V8-powered 1951 Chevrolet 3100.

The truck looked amazing with the cool alligator hood and curvy fenders. A vertical exhaust pipe and a fixture to mount a 50 cal machine gun in the bed. The 327 cubic-inch V8 had plenty of power and a three-speed automatic transmission. The tires were all terrain, so driving in the jungle would not be a problem. It also had bench seating in the front and back.

“Lady Jaye new party truck!” Toxic said to herself.

Lady Jaye and Duke

Lady Jade had unbuttoned her top some and pulled off her panties. It was most slutty she could look on a moment's notice. Then she knocked on Duke’s door.

Duke opened the door. His eyes savored the scene before him.

“What do you want Jaye” He said.

“I want a REAL man!” She said. Her mouth was watering for cock and she was willing to be a right dirty slut for Duke. Her pussy was already wet from anticipation. Her juices almost dripping down her legs.

"Not interested” Duke said about ready to close the door.

“Duke!” Lady Jaye gasped “I need you. I need a real man. You are the only real man in this group. God put you on the planet for girls like me.”

Duke looked at her. His confident was just not there yet.

“You can come in, but nothing is going to happen.” Duke said, in a sad way.

"Thanks! That is fine… let’s just talk." Jaye responded all happy. She entered his room.

It looked like he had been sitting on his balcony, drinking and looking at the ocean.

“I’ll join you on the balcony” She said as she poured herself a drink. Duke sat back in his chair and took a sip of his whiskey on the rocks.

Jaye walked out with a whiskey too, but did not sit down yet. Instead she stood at the balcony railings and looked out at Duke’s view.

“So beautiful” She said as she wiggled her ass a little bit. Duke was getting a great view of her legs and her cute ass.

"You have great legs," Duke said admiring her.

“Thanks” Lady Jaye replied. “But nothing is going to happen. They are just for looking at… But don’t you wonder how they feel. Are they smooth? Come over here and feel them” Jaye suggested.

"No" Duke said resisting.

"Scared?" Jaye asked.

Duke stood up and placed his hand on her leg. He slowly ran his hand up her leg. Her legs felt as good as they looked. Duke felt his cock get hard. Jaye had an amazing body. He was suddenly unsure what he wanted.

“How would these legs feel wrapped around you… when you are fuck me?” Lady Jaye asked.

“I think they would feel amazing” Duke answered. His big hard cock taking over from his mind. His hand went higher and higher. He went above her skirt, that was when he noticed she was not wearing any panties. His eyes grew larger.

“You little slut” He stated.

"Maybe now is your chance to find out how other parts of me feel?" Jaye suggested to him. Duke kissed her as his hand rubbed on her pussy.

"Oh fuck yes," Jaye whispered as his hand found her soaking wet pussy.

"Christ your hot," Duke added.

"I'm fucking so hot for you," Jaye told him. She wasn't lying, her pussy was steaming already. "Oh yes," She moaned as he slowly dipped his fingers into her tight young cunt.

I peeled off my clothes and set them aside as I gave myself a look over in the mirror. This day was rough but I got out of it without any new scrapes or bruises. A lot of blood and bits of brain were spattered all over me. This would call for a shower to get rid of this garbage. Turning on the shower and letting the water temperature reach steam level, I slipped in and let the hot water roll over my body and feel the elation of my muscles relaxing. Ahhhhh this was nice.

"Hey" a soft voice whispered.

My head jerked to see Scarlett standing there after she gently pulled back the curtain. "I-what, what are you doing?" I whispered with wide eyes.

"I wanted to check up on you" she said softly.

"How did you get in?" I asked.

"You don't get to be where I am without picking up a few trades" she smirked.

"Well, what do you...what do you want?"

"Well, I know what you need" she smiled. "You need to get yourself clean." extending her right arm and index finger slowly, she touched the skin under my left eye, "You missed a spot here and another spot, here" pointing to my left shoulder. "Yeah. You need to go over that again. Let me help you". Stepping back, she slowly undressed herself, casting aside her garments until she had nothing and stepped in, drawing the curtain. Taking up a bar of soap and a white wash cloth, she lathered the cloth up and rubbed it gently over my shoulders and down each arm as she stood before me. Her green eyes were on her work as I tried to stand motionless. Going down the arms and hands, her hands went up my stomach and chest where I drew a sharp breath at her touch. Scarlett smiled. She stroked and lathered, stroked and lathered and stroked and lathered from the top all the way to the bottom before telling me to turn around to scrub my back. As she did, I could hear her moaning softly.

"Okay. My turn" she said, handing over the soap and cloth. She wanted to start on the back and turned around, letting the hot water splash over long red hair that she bundled up in one hand to move it aside. Now I could see her bare feature up cloth, the toned legs, the shaped and firm backside, narrow hips. She was a real treat. When my hands touched her, I couldn't see it, but her smile spread wide. I was gentle, as she was with me, rubbing the lathered cloth across her sun kissed skin. There were many cuts and nicks in her flesh, souvenirs from our engagements. As I went down her back to her lovely backside, I noticed something-a thin vertical scar just to the right of the spine. It was old. Didn't look like a surgical cut nor was it shrapnel as it looked too smooth. I didn't ask about it. Now wasn't the time. When I touched her cheeks Scarlett giggled. Working my way back up, I wanted to be coy and give her a little surprise and kissed the back of her neck, wiping over her hot flesh with my tongue. "AH ahhhhhhhh" she sharply inhaled then sighed. "Do that again" whispering. I did and she sighed, leaning back against me. "You sure you're a virgin?" furrowing an eyebrow.

"Not anymore" I whispered.

"Mmmhhhmmm. Well, you keep doing that, and a woman will be putty in your hands," she cooed.

"You mean like this?" kissing her neck once again. She sighed, bending her left arm back and running her fingers through my hair.

"Ah. Just like that...." Scarlett whispered. The water began to lose its temperature. We cleaned off the soap and stepped out but the fun didn't stop. We lay together on the bed, in each other's arms. It was romantic. Just the two of us with nothing else adding to it; no music, tv or the voices of the other teammates. We lay there for quite a while before Scarlett whispered, "What do you think the others are up to?"

"Probably fucking" I smiled.

Scarlett giggled, "Yeah. Probably. Toxic seems to have the hots for Doc and the same for Jaye and Duke."

"I think, after Jordan, Duke's in need of some confidence," I said. He seemed different when we got here, he was hesitant, nervous, and prone to quick judgement and temper.

"Perhaps, yeah" Scarlett replied. "But that's his problem to worry about. Don't worry about them. They can take care of themselves right now," nuzzling up to me. We looked each other in the eyes. Her soft emerald eyes were easy to get lost in. "You know, you can touch me" she giggled. I had been laying there with my hands to myself. To emphasize her point she leaned in with her large breasts pressing against the left side of my chest and draping her left leg over my shins. She fully expected for me to go for her ass or breasts or even both. I didn't. My right hand graced her thighs, hips, shoulder before the tips of the fingers brushed away a few strands of her drying hair away from her eyes. "I like looking at your eyes. They're so beautiful". Scarlett's cheeks blushed as red as her hair.

"You're such a charmer" whispering into my ear. "That will get you far." To emphasize her point I felt her left palm rub over my rod and sac. I was praying this would be a repeat with our first moment in my room.

"AH! FUCK! FUCK! FUCK! FUUUUUUUUUU-CKAH!!!" a woman was wailing. "You're splitting me in TWWOOOOOOO" that was the sound of Lady Jaye being plowed. We didn't see it but he had her doggystyle, face in the pillows, bubble butt in the air. His large hands was holding her steady at the hips as he stabbed his meaty rod into her. "You're so big! You're so big! I can feel it in my throat! Je-SUS FUUCCKK" shuddering with eyes rolling back as she her walls tightened. She came and Duke kept stuffing her. "AH FUCK ME FUCK ME FUCK ME. Fuck me, daddy! Make me yours!" she was saying all of this because she was fluffing his ego. The sex was great but she was spicing it with these words to ensure that he would give her a powerful orgasm. "Fill me up! Fill me up, daddy!"

Toxic and Duke (23:00 hours in the hotel bar)

“I need to take a wee,” Toxic said, unceremoniously getting up from the table. “I'll get some more drinks on the way back,” she added, with a meaningful look at Duke.

“More Whiskey” He said as he sat back in his chair. Doc entered the hotel bar and saw Duke. He walked over.

“You seem to be having fun?” Doc stated as he looked at the numerous empty glasses on the table.

“Oh yeah. Been talking to Toxic” Duke explained clearly drunk. “We've so much to talk about."

“Like what?” Doc asked. He was surprised as Duke and Toxic did not get along.

Duke looked genuinely perplexed for a moment but then his drunken brain caught up.

“She likes the way I punch. She told me, I might have knock a few of her teeth loose!” Duke bragged.

“I guess that is something” Doc replied

“She told me I have a great cock. Lady Jaye did too. I FUCK her real good!” Duke bragged some more.

“Who?” Doc asked getting confused.

“Lady Jaye! I tore that shit up. She won’t be walking good for a week!” Duke bragged some more.

“Ah for fuck's sake, Duke,” Doc said incredulously, “She is under your command!” Duke just laughed "She was under me alright!!"

Toxic returned to the table with 3 whiskeys. She gave one to Doc and Duke.

“Doc… what lies had Duke been telling you?” She asked as she sat down.

“He is a good puncher, you like his cock, and he fucked the shit out Lady Jaye!” Doc answered.

“The first two are true! And from what Duke told me, Lady Jaye is one satisfied woman!” Toxic said grinning and then winked at Duke.

Duke had a huge shit eating grin on his face “And I told Toxic she is a total BITCH! A cock tease! And She is reckless and disobedient!” Duke stated.

Doc was worried things were going to get ugly, but Toxic was still smiling.

“And what else? You said something positive” Toxic reminded Duke.

“She can write one hell of a great after action report” Duke added.

"Shit. It's getting..." Scarlett mumbled, her eyes focusing on the clock. What time was it? We didn't know. The phone rang. She rolled over and picked it up, "Hello?"

"Hey, it's Jaye. Let's go down to the bar with the others and have a drink"

"You know what, sure. We'll be down in a bit" Scarlett replied.

"We?" Jaye picked up on that.

"I'll let Kidd know" Scarlett tried to cover herself.

"Okay. Cool. I'll see you soon" Jaye chuckled then hung up.

Scarlett also hung up and knew that Jaye saw right through it. Oh well. Can't be helped. Best thing to do is to at least act casual around the others for the time being. Her green eyes looked me over, my naked body laying there, fast asleep. A smile crept across her lips then gave a gentle kiss my lips. "Wake up" speaking softly.

"Scarlett?" my eyes fluttered opened. Her warm face was in the corner of my eye, hands on my chest, a wide smile.

"Evening, sleepy head" she whispered. "Time to get up. We're going down to the bar and join the others."

That annoyed me. I didn't want to go down there and get drunk with the others. I wanted to be in this bed with Scarlett. Gritting my teeth and sitting up, a pain rolled down my shoulders and back then my head started to throb. Scarlett could see my pain, "You're dehydrated. Start drinking some water before we go down."

"Okay, Doc" I said coyly, throwing my legs off the edge of the bed and wearily standing up. My knees ached. Staggering to the bathroom and closing the door, I used the toilet then began drinking water from the faucet using a cup the hotel gave us. Slamming down several glasses and sighing in relief, I felt a bit better. As I stepped out of the bathroom, Scarlett was getting dressed. She had pulled legs and shapely backside into her tight trousers and buttoned up. Facing away from me she was strapping on her bra. Realizing I was watching, she slowly turned her head to look over her left shoulder, "You like what you see?" she said with a smile.

"Oh, yes. I do" I smiled back.

"Hehe. Well, we may not get another chance at this for awhile" as she spoke she pulled down her undershirt then her jacket and buttoned up her uniform. "When we do, if we make it out of here, why don't we put in for some Leave and go someplace better than this?" Scarlett sat on the edge of the bed and shoved her feet into her boots. "Some place where I can get out of this damn uniform for awhile and be able to breathe free."

"Well, I kinda like you in that uniform" I said. I walked to her and sat beside her.

"Oh? You like the uniform?" she smiled, narrowing her eyes. "What else do you like?"

"I think you know" I whispered back and kissed her sweet lips.

"Okay. Stop" she turned away with a jerk.

"I'm sorry" leaning back.

"No. No. It's not you. Really. It's not. It's just...I'll tell you some other time. I need to go back to my room and get changed real quick. Meet in the hallway in five minutes, okay?"

"Sure" nodding.

She started to rise then changed her mind and sat back down, "I didn't mean to sound so rude. If anything, Kidd, I haven't felt this way in a long time" nervously cracking a smile, her gaze turned to the floor. Her hand reached over and clutched my hand and gave a strong squeeze. "I'll see you in a bit." In a moment, she was gone and I was left alone wondering what had happened these past few hours.

In five minutes I was dressed, groomed, and in the hall. Scarlett emerged wearing not her fatigues but a casual wear for the area, short sleeve blue shirt and khaki shorts with shoes. "Hey!" she smiled. "Ready? Let's go" together we talked towards the elevator. Perhaps hearing us in the hall, Jaye emerged from her room.

"How's it going, Jaye?" I asked.

"Great" she smiled at us. "Just great! C'mon! The others are waiting for us." thumbing towards the elevator. She turned and walked in front of us and we couldn't help but notice she was walking with a limp.

"Jaye, are you okay?" Scarlett asked out of genuine concern, fearing the drug-fueled monsters had hit her from earlier.

"Oh. I'm fine" the petite woman smiled and waved a hand, "It's not from combat but it was some hard pounding" snickering as we waited for the elevator car. Riding it down, Jaye was tapping the air with her index fingers, humming to an unknown beat like she was a drummer, gently swinging her hips from side to side and paid no mind to us as Scarlett and I glanced at each other out of the corner of our eyes.

Reaching the bottom and stepping out, Jaye knew exactly where to go and was hopping there, yes, hopping, there and found Doc, Duke and Toxic already with glasses of whiskey.

"Look who finally made it!" Doc smiled as we walked up. "Welcome to the party! Have a seat" pulling two chairs over. "Let's get some more whiskey." Two glasses of whiskey materialized and were handed over to Scarlett and I. "Hey, hey" Doc started. "How about a toast? For you new people, you did well. Don't let what happened in the jungle shake you. We all have to pay our dues. I think we'll make a pretty good team" holding the glass up high. "To the team!"

"To the team!" we raised and our glasses tapped together before we took a long sip.

I wasn't one for drinking but I figured that I would try it at least once because to refuse a person's toast was considered an insult. Instead of slamming it and trying to impress, I sipped it. Boy! That stuff burns! How do people drink this? I sputtered a bit but kept it under control. Scarlett rubbed my back, "You okay?"

"I'm good" wheezing.

"Ha! You're getting the hang of it, Kid!" Duke laughed.

The Team

Everyone was having a good time. It was unusual. Duke was still a hard-headed asshole, that looked down on women, but everyone just let his remarks wash over them. In fact, secretively, the remarks confirmed what they already knew. This made everyone feel good. Duke felt good, because he thought he was educating Kidd and Doc. Everyone else felt good, because they all knew his remarks were doing just the opposite.

“Ok, let’s plan our next assault on the metal hospital!” Toxic suggested after she downed another whiskey shot and slapped it on the table. She was having a hard time keeping her body from swaying.

“Mental Hospital” Doc corrected her “While we are all drunk?” Doc asked.

“Yes! That is the breast time!” Toxic replied, clapping Doc on the back. “A plan cooked up by a bunch of drunks is something Max Dildo and the Crimson Vaginas would have no defense against.”

Doc laughed “Breast time? Max Dildo and the Crimson Vaginas?”

“You know what I mean. Now here is what I’m thinking.” Toxic said more seriously than anyone thought possible. This was based upon the fact that Toxic looked like she was about to do a face plant into the salsa on the table.

“Max Dildo is going to expect a ground assault like before. But we are going to attack by swimming up the river in scuba suits. We’ll do it at night so no one can see shit.”

“Swim up the river?” Doc repeated “The crocodile infested river!”

“Yep! Crocodile don't actually like to eat people. That is a myth!" Toxic replied and continued with er plan. "Then to give Max Dildo a jolt… we’ll put a ton of explosive against one wall of the compound and blow the fuck out of it. Get it? Max Dildo and blow the fuck! It’s a play on words!” Toxic said. She started laughing at her own joke.

Doc turned to the others “Does anyone have a better idea?” He asked.

"Inserting via boat or by water may just work. Diablos may be thinking that the crocodiles would act as a deterrent to any assault that way," Duke said, rubbing his chin in deep thought.

"Ha! 'Inserting'!" Toxic roared as she pounded the table.

"Yeah..." Jaye trailed off watching the woman howling. "I'm friends with a guy over at the docks. He has some boats he rents out to fishermen; rowboats, motorboats, even those new surface skimmers."

"HAHAHA! Motorboat!" Toxic was red in the face. She pressed her hands against her cheeks and blew a raspberry. "BTHHHHHHHH"

"If we do go that way, what insurance do we have against the crocs? I mean, sure it's a myth, but I still don't want to go near one of those things."

Jaye pondered for a moment, "I think Benito may have something. The fishermen sometimes put down a liquid repellent around their boats when they're fishing that works on crocs. We can try that."

"Okay. We travel upriver in the boats. Then we swim and infiltrate the perimeter, lay some charges to breach the walls and go in that way" Duke nodded. "Yes. That could work. Can't go in by land again, and we certainly can't drop into it."

"Then the only way is by water" Scarlett agreed. She was hesitant to go through it namely because of the crocs. But at this point there seemed to be no other way. "I think it will work, but I think we should wait until we sober up" glaring at the wheezing Toxic. "That kind of liquid courage could get us killed."

Duke agreed. "Fine. Fine. 0600 tomorrow. Meet here and we'll go to Benito's dock and get some boats under the guise that we're tourists going fishing and swimming."

"That would mean getting some wet suits" Scarlett pointed out.

"Right" Doc nodded. "Hope they have one my size."

0630 going up river on Calypso’s Comfort

“It looks like this old boat's days on the water are almost up” Doc commented as he looked at the peeling paint on the sides of the wheel house.

“I’m a Lieutenant Commander in the Navy, I know boats and this is a good one. It has lots of character” Toxic said as she piloted the boat wearing her bikini and dark sun glasses.

“I’m just glad we have swimming gear. Because we might need it!” Doc replied. The only boat they could find was this green hull wooden fishing boat. It had a flat stern prefect for diving, and fishing stations along the port and starboard sides. There was a small gallery below, even 4 bunk beds.

The bad news was the wooden boat was in bad shape. The engine made a cute “putt-putt” sound but that did not translate to speed. The boat max speed was maybe going 18 knots with a following wind. But Toxic loved the name of the boat and told everyone it would get them up river. That was how they found themselves on “Calypso’s Comfort”

"Where is everyone else?" Toxic asked Doc.

"Down below, drinking coffee, and checking their weapons and the scuba gear." Doc explained. Then he added "How are you doing? You had a lot to drink last night!"

"I'm good" Toxic replied pointing to her sunglasses "These help"

"Hey, sorry for passing out last night. I wanted your big cock, but i could not keep my eyes open." Toxic explained.

"I'm sorry too!" Doc joked. "Maybe we can have some fun when someone else is driving the boat" He suggested.

"I'm not driving the boat! i'm piloting or I have the helm or i'm steering the boat" Toxic explained.

"I'm going downstairs to get some coffee" Doc said.

"Going below!" Toxic corrected him.

As we were going upriver, I slipped into a wet-suit. First time I ever wore one of these. They were to insulate the body from the cold. After getting fitted and checking my gear, Scarlett came out after getting into her suit. "What do you think?" she asked. Turning around, it clung to every curb of her body and hiked up her chest. She knew it and chuckled, "Yeah. Get an eye-full while you can, mac."

"Maybe wear that for me when we go on R&R?" I whispered.

"Hehe. First it's my fatigues and now a wet-suit?" she walked up and smiled, "What else do you like?"

"I don't know. I haven't thought of anything yet" I whispered back. "What about you? What do you like?" Scarlett smirked, lowered her head for a moment then looked back up at me. Closing her eyes she quickly kissed my lips.

The ship puttered along against the current that was gentle. Jaye was already fitted into her wet-suit as she sat in the galley with Duke, both sipping some scalding coffee. Best to warm themselves up before jumping into the cold. She rubbed up against Duke, whispering in his ear, "I wish I could pull your cock out in that wet suit and suck you off, big guy." Our suits were one-pieces and Jaye didn't like being denied. "When we're done with this mission, I'm going to suck you dry."

Toxic

Toxic followed the Guandu River upstream and then via a dam interconnect lake was able to follow the Paraíba do Sul River down stream to get into position for the night assault.

The team had stopped to get fuel and lunch at a small jungle town of Tugua. Everyone had pastel, a deep-fried, stuffed pastry with shredded chicken, and Coca-Colas. Toxic took the chance to ask the waiter about the local crocodiles.

“Senhora, there are no crocodile in these rivers, only black caiman.” The waiter told her.

“See… I told you! Not a problem.” Toxic bragged to everyone. “Drunk mission planning is awesome!”

“Senhora, Black caiman are a type of crocodile… but what you need to worry about are the piranha! They can strip an animal to the bone in under a minute!” The waiter informed the group.

“Great!” Doc said looking at Toxic.

The rest of the boat ride was quiet as people rested for the night operation. Toxic guided Calypso’s Comfort on a soft river bank as the sun was setting.

“We should be pretty close.” She told Doc. “We can wait here an hour before moving to the drop off point”

Duke ordered us to give our equipment one last check before we disembarked and began our ruse of being swimmers and fishermen. I went below to get my gear; an M3 carbine, ammo, grenades, and so forth. I was a hardcore fisherman. That's where I found Scarlett, doing the same, she had slicked her long red hair back into a bun behind her head. "You ready?" she asked.

"Sure am!" patting my carbine.

"Duke is going to break us up into pairs, you and me, Toxic and Doc, and Duke and Jaye. We'll be close to see each other but spread out a bit. It's going to be cold going up river and, well, if you get cold, let me know. I'll warm you up" giving a smirk.

"Same here" I replied with a wide smile.

A hour later, we reached the drop off point. The area was thick with trees, the snapping of branches, the fall of nuts or fruit as they bounced off the branches in their plunge gave the impression that someone was moving through the trees clumsily. The Calypso’s Comfort was put into shallow water and the anchor dropped. To keep up the disguise that we were fishing, we spent some time putting up fishing poles, lines and bait. In addition to that, we went off in pairs as directed, dipping ourselves into the water and swimming around a bit.

Scarlett and I were the first ones off. When I dipped myself into water, it was freezing! I was shriveling up. With my gear wrapped around my back I paddled about as Scarlett followed suit before we made our way to shore.

The others followed in their pair.

Toxic and Doc

Toxic was wearing her sexy white bikini as she pulled on her black wetsuit pant. The suit clung to her curvaceous, athletic body like a second skin. Then she put on her wet suit top which had a zipper in front. Her full heavy breasts strained against the top, the chill air of the night made her nipples erect and clearly visible beneath the thin rubbery material. A generous amount of cleavage was also on display since she had only zip it up half way.

“I hope I look like a tourist escaping my regular life for an amazon adventure!” She said Doc.

“You do!” He agreed, but added “And Your tits are going to escape your swimsuit if you don’t zip it up!”

Toxic giggled zipped up.

“Ready?” She asked him. He nodded.

She pulled on her face mask, flipped on the built-in light. The sun had set and total darkness was approaching. She got in the river quietly and was soon joined by Doc. No need for air tanks, they just swam at snorkel depth. The visibility underwater was pretty good and they could see each other.

30 mins upstream there was a large group of black caiman. They seemed to be everywhere! But Toxic had been correct on this issue, the crocodiles did not bother Toxic or Doc.

Toxic and Doc surfaced for a moment.

“Let’s turn off the lights” Toxic suggested. Both of them flipped off their lights. They swam in total darkness the last 30 mins. The only scary moment was when Toxic ran into a caiman by accident. But it was a small one and swam away.

They surfaced under the bridge which lead to the mental hospital’s main gate. The hospital had a solid wall made of stone brick around the compound.

Inside the wall was a large multi-story building which was the main hospital. There were big windows in that building. During their last attack Toxic had seen people through these windows, researching drugs, manufacturing equipment for drugs, and now she realized patients getting injections to turn them into super soldiers. There was a small building near the main gate. This housed some of the guards. The bridge they were under, lead to that main gate. There was also a small power building housing the compound’s electric generator. There were also three other smaller buildings that had no windows. Toxic did not know what was in those buildings. The mortar positions that attacked them last time were on the roof of the main building.

She peeked up at the guard house and saw the debris of the propane tank that exploded during their last attack. It was a painful reminder of the last failed attack. This hospital had stood against several attacks and that was a warning to Duke’s team that this was not going to be easy.

“Let’s swim to the north side of the compound and plant the explosive there” Toxic said.

“Want to rig this bridge to blow?” Doc asked.

“Good thinking” Toxic pulled two explosive charges from her water tight bag and strapped them on the bridge’s main structural support beam. Then they swam further up the river and got out of the water. With black wet suits on, they were invisible in the darkness.

“There” Toxic said in a whisper pointing to a guard standing near the wall.

“I got this” Doc said and pulled out a blow gun. Toxic had a shocked look on her face. “Just watch” Doc told her. He placed a dart in the tube, aimed and blew. The dart hit the man’s neck and he collapsed.

“He is knocked out for an hour” Doc told Toxic.

“Pacifist, Show off” Toxic said and ran to the wall. She placed 4 charges strung together and then ran back to the jungle. “Ok we are ready for Duke’s signal” She said to Doc.

Jaye and Duke were the last ones off. She would want it that way because it gave the two of them a moment together. It wasn't enough time to have some fun. Duke was all business right now. With four of his teammates already off, he would follow. Jaye came out on deck wearing her tight wet suit, air-tanks on her back. Her smaller size didn't mean she would have smaller air-tanks. Those were the only ones available. She bore the weight without complaint. Jaye sat on the stern, checked her gear, wrapped her lips around the mouth piece and rolled off the stern and into the water. Duke followed.

Scarlett and I swam to shore and crawled out. We felt like amphibians, crawling out for the first time. We went towards some thick brush. There we slipped off our tanks and covered them in a tarp and brush. Then we moved a short distance inland. We came to a slight rise that looked towards the hospital with the bridge and the stone wall. We caught a glimpse of Doc and Toxic moving towards the bridge and figured they were going to demolish it. It was only logical.

We could see guards on alert, walking the perimeter with a couple of guard dogs. "Damn, dogs" Scarlett whispered.

Carefully we walked down the slope towards the hospital, guiding to the left to get away from the bridge towards what appeared to be the power-station for the facility with several smaller buildings around it. "We'll go that way" Scarlett whispered. "Get in, rig the generator and the sheds and then go around the north and rig some more stuff, make it appear it's a large attack."

Nodding at this, I checked our bag of explosives. We should have enough for that. "Silent kills and only if you have to" Scarlett whispered then smiled, "Stay close, okay?"

"Right behind you"

In the dark it was difficult to see. I kept right behind Scarlett, her sillouhette was broken up by the shadow of the trees and few stars. A few times she would pause and I would bump into her.

We came upon a ditch about 150 or so feet from the wall. Guards were walking along, casually talking and smoking. At a pause to gauge our progress, one of the guards was talking to his buddy in Portuguese. She could understand them and scoffed, "One is saying that he's so horny he would fuck anything with a pair of legs." We shook our heads.

Two guards were walking together away from the bridge in a shallow ditch. They were talking and smoking, flicking their ash at the ground. They had to be taken out. After watching them for a short time, their path would take them right back towards the bridge. They could find the explosives if Toxic and Doc were rigging it.

"You get one and I'll get the other" Scarlett whispered and drew her M3 Trench knife. I drew mine. We crouched in the brush and when they were right on top of us, we leapt out. She tackled one man by grabbing his legs and pulling them out from underneath. My guy was hit in the head with the pommel of my blade. As soon as his body hit the ground, I impaled his chest with the blade. It was quick. Scarlett's guy had his throat slit. Their bodies were dragged off into the brush.

Sorry, guys. Nothing personal.

Duke and Lady Jaye

Duke was a big guy with big muscles everywhere. The wet suit only made him look bigger! He was too big to climb the tree. That was why Jaye was high up in the tree.

Duke had never been one for many words, unless it was to brag about himself! He was the strong, violent, drinking and treat women like whores type.

This was the time for action, not talking. His order to start the attack to Lady Jaye was simple.

“Do it” he said.

It had been Toxic’s idea to take out the lights. Without lights, they could not fire mortars. Lady Jaye had pointed out “last time they dropped mortars on their own positions to kill us.” Toxic laughed… “If they do… They will be helping us destroy their own compound!” Then Toxic drank another shot and passed out. Doc had carried her back to her room. She was one messed up chick. Hopeful her idea was not as unstable as she was.

Lady Jaye started firing. She was not a sniper like Toxic, but at this distance, she did not need to be. There were 4 big lights on each corner of the wall and 4 more lights at the main gate. Duke was firing at the gate lights and Lady Jaye took out the 2 corner lights she could fire at. The back two corner lights were the job of the other teams.

To Jaye, it was almost fun to take out the lights. As if she was disturbing an ant’s nest. As soon as the firing started people started to yelling and running about. Duke was successful with the front gate lights and soon the area in front of the hospital was dark.

Then the north wall exploded! That lite up the whole areas for 10 seconds and it started raining wall pieces. WOW… what an explosion! The blast actually broke some of the big windows in the main hospital building. Then people at the hospital started shooting into the jungle. It was random firing as least until the light came back on.

Toxic and Doc

Toxic took aim and shot out one of the back corner lights as bricks were falling all around her.

“Fuck” Doc gasped as he ducked under a tree. They both were being pelted by wall parts.

“Ouch” Toxic said as a brick hit her arm. “I forgot about debris! This is going to screw up our timing!”

“No shit!” Doc said as they needed to stay in the forest until it stopped raining bricks. The huge hole in the wall was right in front of them, but they could not get to it. Then other lights came on, lighting up the areas outside the wall.

“Fuck! Too late, they will see us now!” Doc gasped.

“Don’t worry… Scarlet and Kidd will take out the generator.” Toxic said… and added under her breath “I hope”

When things kicked off, Scarlett and I were just outside the generator building. Rifle fire knocked out several of their lights, one of them was cast over the generator room. It had a large steel door on it and, go figure, it had a padlock. "Fuck it!" Scarlett grumbled and bashed it off with the stock of her rifle. Opening the door we both went inside. Tracers were slicing through the jungle as people ran past us.

The generator hummed loudly. "Okay. Quickly, let's rig it and get out of here!" Scarlett instructed. Using some blocks of explosives and rigging them with a detonator with a 20 second fuse, I pulled the detonator and the two of us hustled out of there, making sure to shut the door behind us. We ran towards the perimeter wall and huddled behind another one of the outlining buildings. The explosives went off. It wasn't a dramatic and powerful explosion. In fact, it was hardly a rumble. The steel door was blown open with a brief flash and that was it. The explosives did their job. The generator was knocked out.

"There we go!" Scarlett smiled as the building and the compound went into total darkness.

For a moment the fire from inside the compound stopped. People were shouting at one another in Portuguese. We couldn't make it all out. "C'mon!" Scarlett patted my shoulder. We rushed across the open towards the hospital building. From the big windows, gunmen resumed their firing. It was loud and wild. We could only take a guess where Toxic and the rest of the team was before we saw some muzzle flashes in the brush.

Above us someone was firing from one of the large windows. We both pulled the pins on hand grenades and threw them inside. There was a flash and a bang followed by something landing beside us. Squinting in the dark to see, it was just a black blob. Don't think about what it could be, I thought. The others are counting on you.

Toxic and Doc

The compound went dark again.

“Told you” Toxic gloated to Doc. “My plans are awesome! Just like my tits.” Toxic bragged.

Since the lights had prevented them from getting inside the compound, Doc and Toxic had been providing cover fire until the generator was knocked. Doc was trading fire with guards stationed in the main hospital building. He squeezed off a few more rounds before answering Toxic.

“That is an unfair comparison. Your tits are awesome… but I don't think that highly of your plans!” Doc replied.

“You had better watch your words carefully! My tits can become “off limits” to you very quickly.” Toxic threatened as she fired her sniper rifle and a body fell off the roof.

“I guess you don’t want honest feedback on your plans.” Doc said. Suddenly there was two grenade explosions at the main building. It had to be Scarlett and Kidd.

“Ok… let’s go!” Toxic said as she took off running. Doc followed her a few seconds later. They ran through the hole in the wall getting inside the compound. Then they heard the sound of mortars firing. They stopped a moment wondering who the guards were firing at. Then two flares lit up the night sky, illuminating the compound again.

“FUCK!! RUN!!” Toxic gasped as she started to run again.

“I LOVE YOUR FUCKING PLANS!!!” Doc yelled as bullets landed all around them. Luckily, they made it to the hospital building and went inside before any bullets hit them.

"Do you love my plans for fucking? or my fucking plans?" Toxic asked as she tried to catch her breath.

Doc was smart and answered "I love all your plans!" That when Kidd and Scarlett came around the corner.

Duke and Lady Jaye

“OK… stay in the tree and provide cover fire. I’m going to cause trouble near the main gate.” Duke told Lady Jaye.

Duke sprang up from his covered position and ran towards the river near the bridge. He elbowed past some vines and ducked under a low hanging branch before reaching the bank of the river. He could see a guard in front of him in the darkness.

He quickly aimed his rifle and expressed delivered some flaming hot lead into the guard’s forehead. There was a “popping” sound as the bullet tore off half the man’s head. Blood and brain matter sprayed everywhere, the body fell to the ground.

Then he ran down the small bank and into the river. It was not too deep here and he was able to keep his rifle above the water. Then he went up the other side, his boots made a sucking sounds in the wet mud.

That was when the flares added light to the scene. He noticed a gun barrel point directly at him from a small window in gate house building. He hit the deck. Doing a face plant in the wet muddy ground. He knew a bullet would be fired at any second. But for some reason the gun never fired. He looked up and saw the small window broken and the guy holding the gun was dead. Lady Jaye had killed him!

“I guess she is not just a useless hole to fuck after all” Duke said as he threw a grenade into the small building near the main gate. As the grenade went off, everyone in the house was killed. Suddenly, the front of the compound was secure.

Duke started to wipe the mud off his face saying "I've got mud on my face, I'm a big disgrace."

"Fuck! Fuck! Fuck! Fuck!" says I when the flares went up. Scarlett grabbed me by the collar and threw me into the building and two figures loomed before us. My instinct was to immediately lift my weapon until a black hand waved.

"Easy, kid. It's us" said Doc in a calm voice.

"Oh, shit. Sorry" I panted.

"It's okay. It happens," Doc nodded. Then Scarlett came up. "Flares. You got the power but they got flares."

"Then we'll have to stay inside the hospital," says Scarlett. "We could go to a higher vantage point, maybe the top floor or the roof. From there we could spot those mortars and take them out." As she spoke, a mortar round landed outside with a heavy *Whomp* making the building shake.

"This place is going to be a maze," Doc said. "It was designed that way so patients couldn't escape."

"Right. We'll still work in pairs" Scarlett said. "Toxic, since you got the sniper rifle, perhaps you should find a vantage point to find those mortars. Kidd and I will go to the top with you and start clearing the hospital from the top floor down."

"What about Duke and Jaye?" asked I.

"They're at the front gate doing their thing" Toxic nodded. "We're just burning calories here. Let's get going!"

Duke wiped the mud from his face. He didn't see a figure running up until it was almost on top of him. The figure lunged and tackled him. Together they rolled around on the mud as Duke's large hands grappled. It was a man, one of the guards. His eyes were wide and flashed with anger. Perhaps he was on some of the drugs because his strength was immense for someone that size, a good foot shorter than he and 80lbs less. Duke felt his throat being tightened. His blood veins were bulging. It was almost the same rush as sex except he didn't like his partner at the moment. Worse, his vision was going out as he was being strangled. In a last ditch effort Duke grabbed for his trench knife and slammed it into his foe's left hip. Giving it a twist he pulled it out. This guy didn't relent. Duke gave him a second and then a third. The man relented only a little. It was enough for Duke to slide his left hand up to this guy's chest and push.

They rolled and Duke found himself on top. He could now breathe and his anger boiled over as he stabbed this guy several times in the head for good measure. To his surprise, this guard continued to flail, continued to move, even after being stabbed in the head. They were damn near robots!

Toxic and Doc

Toxic and Doc moved up the floors like a seasoned combat team. They seemed to know each other moves, when to provide cover and when to move to new positions. Neither needed to say a word.

As two guards popped out to prevent them from reaching the last stairwell to the roof. Toxic took one out with her colt 45, and Doc, the other with his blow gun. There was no confusion, on who took which target and it was done in seconds.

“Damn, we are good” Doc commented as Toxic opened the stairway door.

“It's because we fucked. We know each other.” Toxic commented as Doc started up the stairwell.

“I’m going to fuck everyone in squad… including Duke!” Doc commented.

“You might be pushing my theory a little too far…” Toxic said as she followed him up the stairs.

Toxic leap frogged in front of Doc. He got a great look at her sexy figure, as she was still in her skin tight wet suit. The suit really showed off her large breasts.

She reached a large sliding roof door. “This is the roof” Toxic said “I saw at least two mortars on the roof of this building. But Scarlett thinks there may be more mortars on some of the small buildings."

Doc nodded and got into a crouched position. As Toxic pulled open the heavy door. A stream of bullets were fired into the stairwell. Doc jumped out of the way.

“Fuck” He said as he slammed against the wall. It hurt like hell, but at least he was out of the direct line of fire. Then grenade rolled into the stairwell. Toxic kicked the grenade like a soccer ball. The exploding bomb flew out of the stairwell. Suddenly there was an explosion and a giant fireball on the roof.

The shooting stopped.

“Take a peek” Toxic suggested to Doc.

“No… you do it” Doc said back.

“Fuck” She growled. “No one ever falls for that.” She said. Then she lowered her head to ground level and quickly stuck it out. Then she pulled her head back.

“Looks clear” She said. Doc got ready to cover her. She jumped around the steel door and moved across the roof. There was a small sandbag wall with 6 dead people around it. She moved past that until she found a small chimney to hide behind. Next Doc came out.

Toxic holstered her guns and got her sniper rifle ready. There was a cocky look in her eyes as she peeked around the corner of the chimney and squeezed off two rounds.

Toxic reloaded her rifle and did it again.

“Roof cleared.” She announced.

As Doc peeked around the chimney he saw two mortar with 2 dead people around each of them. The rest of the roof looked clear.

"What do you want to blew up with the mortars?" Toxic asked with an naughty grin.

The mortars went silent. We could hear it, or rather, what we weren't hearing. That meant that Toxic and Doc were doing their job. Now it was time for us to do our part. It was easier to work our way down than fighting our way up. Using the stairs we had bypassed most of the defenders.

Stacking up on the door to the top floor, Scarlett nodded to me and we burst in. She went right and I went left. We scanned the area and found no immediate threat and pushed forward. It was rather dark with the only light coming from windows because the power generator was knocked out. That worked to our advantage.

Someone up ahead flicked on a lighter to see. The glow of the yellow flame illuminated his face and Scarlett shot him instantly. Other men reacted, yelling in Portuguese. We heard their footsteps and began shooting. My M1 carbine wasn't the most powerful weapon in the inventory but it worked get in close quarters.

Scarlett waved me forward. We moved together, she on my right and I on her left. When a figure moved, we put a few rounds into it. People were shouting around us and we shot them down. In one corner I heard muffled voices and the cocking of weapons. I pulled the pin on a grenade and hurled it that way. "Fire in the hole!" I yelled.

WHOMP!

A blinding flash and heavy concussion and the voices stopped. We kept on. We came upon a man crawling on his hands, his back seemingly broken by a bullet. The man was clearly not a threat but he was an enemy. For all we knew, he was the one shooting at us from one of the windows. Scarlett walked up and drilled a hole into the back of his head. No more threat.

"Top floor clear. Moving down to the next one" I said into the radio. Jumping down the stairs two or three steps at a time we made it down there and repeated ourselves.

This time things went a lot more quickly as there were less targets, just dead bodies. Poor souls. I felt sorry for them. Who knows how many were just some sad saps under the influence or there against their will. Too late to ask them now. Anyone here that wasn't our team was a target.

BANG BANG BANG BANG

Two more targets down. Scarlett paused to reload. Dropping to one knee she loaded her weapon as a figure jumped out of the darkness at her. I turned and squeezed the trigger from the hip. The .30 caliber carbine round creased the top of the man's scalp. That didn't stop him and he tackled Scarlett to the floor. She wasn't helpless. In quick fashion she pulled out her knife and stabbed the man in the head, finishing him. Shoving him off, I helping Scarlett to her feet. She smirked and nodded, "Not a bad shot" pointing at the bloodied scalp.

"Thanks!" I smiled.

We pressed on. Just a few moments later another figure came chugging out of the darkness. This time he came right towards me and I pumped two rounds into his stomach. Still he staggered towards me, pawing at my chest. Kicking him off, I put two rounds into his head.

A third figure came out brandishing a knife. Fight dirty, fight to live. Scarlett grabbed the man by his shoulders, spun and threw him into the wall and kneed him in the stomach. The man fell to the ground in agony. This allowed her to lift her rifle, turn and shoot down another man charging forward.

Duke and Lady Jaye

After about 10 mins Lady Jaye met Duke near the front gate.

“I thought I told you to provide cover fire?” Duke asked starting to get angry.

“There has been a change in the mortar fire. The shells are landing on buildings inside the compound. I thought you should know. Also the area is secure. I thought you might want my help” Lady Jaye replied defensively.

Duke thought for a moment before he said anything. The old Duke would have chewed her out, just like he had done to Toxic. But he knew Lady Jaye was right and he needed to start doing things differently.

“Good thinking. Thanks for taking the initiative.” Duke replied.

“There is hope for you yet” Lady Jaye laughed “Shall we blow the front gate?” She asked.

Toxic and Doc

“This is kind of fun!” Toxic yelled over to Doc as she dropped another mortar shell into the launcher. It made a “poof” sound and the shell flew up into the air. A few seconds later it hit one of the small buildings and blew up.

“Last time I fired one of these was boot camp!” Doc yelled back as he dropped his shell into his mortar. He had been adjusting the angle of the mortar to get the shell to hit another of the small buildings. He was slowly walking the impact point closer and closer, but he had not gotten there yet. The shell he just launched landed 2 feet from the front door of the building. The blast tore the door off the building.

“Damn… just missed” Doc said as he squatted down and adjusted the angle of his mortar.

“DOC, WE HAVE A PROBLEM” Toxic yelled in excitement.

Doc looked up at Toxic. She was pointing at the small building he was trying to blow up. He looked at his target building and running past the blown off door were 20 drug crazy super warriors!

“FUCK!!” Doc gasped.

Max Diablos

Max Diablos and the top soldiers of the Crimson Vultures were in the basement of the main hospital building.

“How many attackers are there?” He asked for the 10 time.

“100 at least… maybe more.” Carlos, the leader of the protection force told him.

“How is that possible? Our spies in the army would have warned us!” Max’s argued.

“The attackers have breached the wall it is just a matter of time before they find us.” Carlos told him. Max was pissed. No one had ever breached the walls before.

“Release The Locos. All of them!” Max ordered

“But they will kill our people too!” Carlos advised Max.

“Can’t be helped.” Max replied and grabbed one of his cigar and lit it. “Better make sure the command post door is closed, don't want any coming in here.” Max added with a smile.

Max Diablos' most loyal soldiers sealed themselves with him inside the basement with a bomb-proof steel door. There was light inside from an emergency generator. They could still hear the fearsome shrieks and cries of the demons they unleashed. It was unholy.

Those demons tore through the flesh of Diablos' soldiers caught outside. One soldier had his head ripped off and was flailed about in hand as another had his intestines ripped out of his body and thrown about aimlessly.

The mercenaries were now running for their lives, ignoring what we were doing. It was a different fight for survival now. "What is happening?" Scarlett ventured over and carefully peered outside an open window and saw the first of the horde rushing about the compound. "Oh sweet Jesus!" she gasped.

"What?" I asked.

"It's more of those drug crazed freaks. Lots of them. Over 50, at least!" she warned.

My eyes were wide. We couldn't take on all of them. It was nearly impossible just taking a few on the streets. 50 of them or more? It was impossible. "What are we going to do?" I asked.

"We gotta link back up with Toxic and Doc," Scarlett replied. "They're still out there. And then get Duke and Jaye. Then we'll think of something. Probably call the air force and have them carpet bomb this place."

"What about Max Diablos?" I asked. This made the redhead pause in deep thought. He was the mission. From her experience she figured that he wasn't going to run. Instead, Max was going to dig himself into a hole and wait it out. "He's gotta be underground. No vehicle has left here yet. There's gotta be a bunker in the basement. He's not going anywhere. We can't leave our team out there. We gotta get them out, rally and come up with a new plan."

"What if we get them inside here?" I asked. "Out there they can swarm us. But if we stay inside here, the hallways and rooms..."

"That can work" Scarlett smirked. "I'll try and signal them. You look around here for some heavy weapons and explosives."

Duke and Lady Jaye

Duke and Lady Jaye backed away from the main gate. A nice pile of explosive were wedged under and between the doors.

“That should open the doors” Lady Jaye said with a smile.

“I agree” Duke grunted. He pulled out the remote detonator. “Get ready” He warned her. She brought her weapon up to the firing position. He pressed the button. The blast was impressive but did not blew the doors into pieces as Duke and Lady Jaye had thought. The blast had lifted the doors off their hinges, but they remained standing. There was also a hole in one door. The hole was big enough for one person to get through, but that was about it.

“That was a bit disappointing” Duke said. “Oh well… Kill anything that tries to get through that hole, except for our team.

Toxic and Doc

Toxic quickly brought her sniper rifle out, aimed and fired. A super soldier fell over, a huge hole in his chest. But the thing got up and started moving to the main hospital building again.

“Crap” Toxic exclaimed “I thought a 50 cal would stop them.”

In the meantime, Doc launched another mortar round. This time he hit the small building and blew it up. Toxic watched as super soldiers were blasted into the air. A few lost a leg in the process. When they landed… they were still alive, but could not move well missing a leg.

“I got an idea” Toxic said as she targeted super soldier legs! She took 4 down before they reached the entrance to the hospital. The only angle she had was to fire into the top of their heads as they crowd around the main door for the building. She watched as a few heads exploded from her shots. Those soldiers were dead and did not move anymore.

“A shit load are getting inside the building!” Toxic warned Doc.

“Fuck” Doc said.

“Stop saying that! and come up with a brilliant idea!” Toxic said as she was getting scared!
