A girl i know is having a big problem where her lips where stiff to the touch it started out as a normal yeast infection went to gyno saw yeast took a sample, very painful and itchy no discharge, yesterday morning started an over the counter cream that shes used before last evening the entire are of the outside became very swollen red and hard to the touch she couldnt even walk the inner lips became very stiff and hard this morning the swelling is down but its still there but had a brown yellow discharge which smelled odd and weird bumps all over the swollen area

First off, take her to the doctor's office ASAP. Generally, anything wrong so close to delicate membranes should be treated immidiately, and generally, unless it is a yeast infection following a VERY normal route, should be seen by a doctor. When she gets to the doc's office, she should make sure to tell the doctor what cream she used, and bring the tube along with her. If the cream was contaminated, there might be some really nasty stuff that could happen as a result.
