goofy idea I thought of:

Consenting adults start a sexual relationship with defined roles for play…and then they get a little too into it.

For example: Guy finds out friend is a sugar daddy to a hot young woman and he goes over and the three of them have a great time. He comes back a few months later and instead of sexy times, he sees his friend and his sugar baby discussing her career plans for the future. Friend does ask if he wants to play with them and friend feels a bit weirded out

Or: young guy with money makes an arrangement with a hot muscle mommy to be his play mommy…but then her friend checks in on her and she finds her getting refreshments ready as it’s DnD night…and she’s playing in it cause she wants to be supportive of the guy as this is a big step for him to have friends come over.

Another idea: couple highers younger woman to be their sexy babysitter…but then they need a real babysitter and she has first aid training soooo…months later they keep interrupting their threeway to ask for updates.
