Did I mention that I played three years of college baseball and a year of semi-pro baseball. My sophomore season my school recieved the title of # 1 workout program in the state of Texas. In fact, in 2001 my school won the Junior College National Championship.

So back to this workout program...this was an average day:

5:00 am Wake up (oh hung over and tired)
5:30 am Meet @ pool to swim for 30 minutes (not tired anymore)
6:00 am Shower and ready for class
1:00 pm Get out of class & meet in weight room
2:00 pm Finish weight workout & 5 mile run
3:00 pm Practice on the field starts
6:00 pm Practice ends, home for dinner
7:00 pm Study for an hour or so
8:00 pm Watch tv, fall asleep thinking about how quick 5 am comes.

So as a pitcher, they made us work out on leg weights, ALOT. I built my calves up pretty good. This was great for back then, but now sometimes I have problems with them cramping and getting shin splints....and it suxs.
