I'm not sure that there really is a female equivalent, at least not in the long run. I believe those few that would qualify for that label would be part of a statistical anomaly. I think it is true that any woman can get laid, she just has to be willing to put herself out there. Men have to work for it (most of them anyway), or pay for it.
