If you've already got them in, I'd say leave them, but the glasses can be a big turn on :)
 
Lord I hope they do! I've been myopic as hell my entire life. Can't see beyond my nose without my glasses!!!

Used to wear contacts, but my eyes kept drying out. Then thought about lasik, and decided against it....(actually scares the hell outta me...!!)

So I guess I keep the specs!
