Haffa's Regeneration Late Night

He held out his hand as the Shatter Spike appeared in it. "For the crimes you've committed while in the Ghost Zone, while in my Domain...the penalty is Soul Death!" he yelled as he slashed at Endymion's neck with the scythe.

She pointed her sword at Endymion's chest. "For the crimes you've committed against the Lunarian royal family.....the penalty is the destruction of your Star seed!" Her sword glowed[/color]

He began gagging as his neck was sliced at. He couldn't even manage screaming as his star seed appeared in front of him and disintegrated. "You two embarrassed one....and he got you back....widdle ghost and Lady Tsukino of the wizarding world....." With that, his eyes closed and he too disintegrated.

"Embarrassed one? Who's he talking about?" he asked as he dismissed Shatter Spike. He then looked at Serena. "NOW let's get the hell outta here!" he said as he tore a rift to Haffa's.

She nodded. "By the way, your place is still safe." She chuckled, the red in her eyes leaving as she grabbed her brooch from where it had fallen when Endymion died.

"That's good to know." he said as he went through the rift. "Now if I can find his other minion we may be done with this."

The blow to the head had hurt a lot. Left her with a headache. It was the dead of night when she woke up on the couch disoriented, though remembered all that she had done. All that had happened. Kohana dared not stick around that night. So instead she fled. Fled to the one place she knew none would look for her. None would find her here. With Goku. The man she had come to admire and carry a school girl crush for hadn't asked questions when she showed up. Just hearing that she needed help had been enough. But this was days ago. Maybe weeks even. It was easy to loose track of time here. Almost as if time itself stood still. For once she felt at peace and relaxed. Not a single part of her was tense.

Goku had left some days ago. Something about some of the others of his kin needing his help. Kohana hadn't quiet heard the whole message, as she had been half asleep and half awake. Loki had long since been flushed from her system in this tranquil environment. But that didn't make facing all that she had done and could have done any easier. So thus it was that on this day, Kohana stood by one of the lit braziers staring at the flames in thought. Hair braided back and down to her waist. Her flowing red sparkled gown trailed to her ankles and billowed in the breeze.

Serena had worried about Kohana after the whole incident. She'd hated that Kohana had had to be knocked out so hard, but it had to be done. After returning from handling Amora and washing up, she'd resigned to have Ami check Kohana the next day before going to bed. However, she'd awoken the next morning to find Kohana gone with no further word.

Time had past since then, and she was even more worried than before. She'd even had a slight argument with Fenrir in the time gone. Of course Raphael had been home to calm her down when she handled Amora but had soon after left again with his brothers. Leaving her to stew in her worry and her thoughts. She wanted to search for Kohana but had no real idea where to look. Finally, she decided to attempt to contact Kohana by communicator, dialing after placing charms around her room so no one could listen in.

Kohana was broken from her thoughts as she heard her communicator go off. Blinking, she pulled it out from her cleavage and looked at it. It was Serena. This surprised her. Even for just a moment. It had been some time since she had had any contact with anyone other than Goku. Just as it neared it's final ring, she flipped it open and looked at the screen. "Serena..."

Serena had been about ready to start searching herself when Kohana finally answered. She sighed in relief and smiled. "Hey Kohana. Are you alright?" Even now, her worry for Kohana showed in her eyes. She wanted to hear it from Kohana directly rather than assume.

Kohana felt guilty at seeing the worry but nods her head. "Yes. I am. I am merely enjoying the solitude I have sought here. The peaceful and tranquil environment provided me has washed Loki from my system. I shall not be making the same mistake twice with him again." She said softly then frowned. "I am sorry for the apparent worry I have caused you."

Relief washed over Serena's face now that Kohana had told her she was alright. "Don't worry about it. I'm just glad you're alright. You needed your space and I respect that. Next time, leave a note, huh? At least one for me anyway. So may I ask where you are? My room's warded against eavesdroppers, so your secret is safe."

Kohana frowned for a moment. Slightly hurt to hear that her absence has been such a constant that none but her has seemed to miss her. "I...I am with Goku. I am safe here and well looked after. He is a good man and a good friend to have allowed me to stay here. I fear I owe him much." She said as she sighed and turned her head to stare at the flames of the brazier again.

Serena nodded. She wished she could have told her that everybody missed her. She was sure there were still plenty that did like the other senshi and their daughters but others she wouldn't speak for. "I've heard he's quite a good man from Gohan. The girls will be happy as am I that you weren't completely alone all this time. If you weren't with us, then I'm happy you were with Goku. Speaking of Goku, where is he?"

"He has been called away. I'm afraid I did not get the entire message, as I was still very much asleep when he woke me to tell me had to go. He has yet to return." She said as she placed her attention back on the blonde haired senshie.

She nodded. "Well, did you still want the solitude, or would you like some company? Raphael's away with the other turtles trying to find the person after us senshi."

"No. Company would be nice. You will be safe here. I do not think this enemy would think to look here for any of us." She said as a small smile spread across her lips.

She grinned. "Alright then. I'll be there soon. See you then." With that she hung up and went for a quick shower. She then got dressed in a soft black floral print gown, removing her wards and scribbling a quick note that she was getting some time to herself. She then focused before disapparating from the bar to Goku's place.

Kohana blinked a little stunned at the response the blonde gave her. Shaking her head, she smiled faintly and tucked the communicator away before walking away from the fire to her room to await Serena.

It took her a couple extra apparitions to make it due to the long distance but eventually she'd made it, after focusing on Kohana's energy signature for a little extra help. Even though she knew she was expected, she still knocked on the door of the place.

Kohana's eyes snapped open and she rushed to the doors and pulled them open. "Serena..."

She hugged her back and clung to her for a long moment before releasing her. "It is good to see you again."

"It is good to see you too." She smiled as she stepped inside the house. "No offense but I'm surprised you were able to eat before he left for his trip." She chuckled.

Kohana laughed and shook her head. "He is pretty good about making sure I am the first to eat. In fact when he told me he had to leave, I set aside just enough to get me by while he is gone and enough to satisfy him on this trip." She said with a smile.

"Well I'm glad of that." She laughed. "Must be nice to be out here away from everything."
